The spacious first floor accommodation has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 family members plus a baby cot. The rooms can also be adapted to sleep 3 couples when required. The property stands on a 2 acre plot and is situated in the quiet village of Lydstep (population aproximately 120). The living room has a balcony leading off that enjoys morning sunshine, is equipped with outdoor furniture, overlooks the extensive lawned gardens that benefit from all day sunshine and both sea and coastal views. The local restaurant/bar is just a short walk away and serves excellent food, beer & wine in a friendly and newly refurbished atmosphere. A second licensed restaurant complete with golf course, swimming pool, massage theropy, workout gymnasium and many more on site health treatments is just a 5 minute walk. There are also many beaches and coastal paths within walking distance.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normaly Saturday but often flexible. Arrivals after 3pm and departures by 10.30am please.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has central heating for your comfort on cooler days and is fully double glazed. There is a child safety gate supplied to safeguard small children from stairs.
Outside
The large garden running East to West enjoys (weather permitting) all day sunshine and is equipped with sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
The 2 local beaches of Lydstep are about a 30 mins walk, 1 of which has caves and caverns to explore while the other benefits from a boat launch slipway and are amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Pembrokeshire National Parks coastal paths.
Many more quite secluded beaches can be found along these coastal paths and the larger beach resorts of Tenby and Sandersfoot are just a 7 and 15 mins drive.
Golf
We have three golf courses in the area, One in the village, Tenby 3 miles and Trefloin 5 miles. There are also many theme parks with rides and activities to cater for all ages. We have endless beaches in the area, some walking distance (30 mins) and lots more to drive to.
Special interest holidays
The area is very popular for walking activities with both coastal and inland walks plus fishing, boating and benefits from 5 local beaches.
Travel
Our nearest International Airport would be Cardiff or Bristol and the rail service would bring you to the station at Penaly where there is a taxi service available for the 1 mile drive to Lydstep and the accommodation. Visitors arriving via Ireland would find us just 20 minutes drive from the ferry port of Pembroke Dock on the A4139.
Travelling from ferry ports in the south of England by car would take about 5 hours to reach Lydstep Tenby.
Distances
Pembroke and its Castle is about 8 miles away and there are numerous Castles to explore in the area.
There are 7 or 8 theme parks within an 8 mile radius.
Tenby with its many shops, bars, restaurants and beaches is 3 miles and Sandersfoot with the same amenities is 6 miles.
Both of these locations also have amusement arcades.
