The spacious first floor apartment is above what used to be the village shop now closed and unoccupied for your privacy having 3 bedrooms and sleeping 7. The property stands on a 2 acre plot. It is in the centre of the quiet village of Lydstep and has its own car park to the rear with ample space for boats, jet skis and numerous cars if required. The living room has a balcony leading off which is equiped with outdoor furnishings and barbecue and overlooks the extensive lawned gardens side and rear and benefits from both sea and coastal views. The village bar/restaurant is just a very short walk also beaches and coastal paths can also be reached on foot.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normaly Saturday.
Arrivals after 3pm and departures by 10am.
These times can be adjusted for midweek or short breaks.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1. With king size bed and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2. With single that converts to a double bed, mirrored chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3. With single bed, double bunk beds, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: Modern bathroom with wc, shower cubicle, bath, hand basis with mirror over and shaving point.
Kitchen: Fully fitted ktchen diner with breakfast table, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric cooker/oven with hob and extraction, ample storage space and serving hatch through to main lounge.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with dining table for 6, soft seating, TV, DVD/video player and door to balcony with outdoor furniture and views over the spacious garden and Lydstep Bay.
Other: As you enter on the ground floor there is a spacious lobby that will accommodate bicycles, beach toys, rambling or fishing gear or even a cherished pet.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and beds made with fresh linen. Fresh linen is supplied every 7 days.
Towels are not supplied.
Washing machine, rotary line drying facillity and carpet sweeper are supplied to cater for your further needs.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has central heating for the winter months and is fully double glazed.
There is a child safety gate supplied to safeguard small children from stairs and also to ensure any pets stay on the ground floor.
Obviously small children should not be left alone on the balcony.

Accessibility
Though this is a most comfortable apartment it is first floor and therefore not suitable for anyone that has a problem negotiating stairs.

Outside
The rear garden of 1.5 acres is separated into 2 areas by a gated drive that leads to the private rear car park. The section to the rear of the house enjoys all day sunshine, is equipped with sunbeds, garden furniture and a barbecue and is not overlooked by any other neighboring properties. It is very private and surrounded with an 8 foot high hedge. The section visible from the balcony is enormous and gives children ample space to run and play whilst visible from the apartment.

Coast/Beach
The 2 local beaches of Lydstep are about a 20 mins walk, 1 of which has caves and caverns to explore and are amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Pembrokeshire National Parks coastal paths.
Many more quite secluded beaches can be found along these coastal paths and the larger beach resorts of Tenby and Sandersfoot are just a 7 and 15 mins drive.

Golf
We have two golf courses in the area, Tenby 3 miles and Trefloin 5 miles.
There are also many theme parks with rides that range from baby all the way up to scary with something to suit all ages.
We have endless beaches in the area, some walking distance (20 mins).

Travel
Our nearest International Airport would be Cardiff or Bristol and the rail service would bring you to the station at Penaly where there is a taxi service available for the 1 mile drive to Lydstep and the accommodation.
Visitors arriving via Ireland would find us just 20 minutes drive from the ferry port of Pembroke Dock.
Travelling from ferry ports in the south of England by car would take about 5 hours to reach Lydstep Tenby.

Distances
Pembroke and its castle is about 8 miles, there are numerous castles to explore in the area.
There are 7 or 8 theme parks within a 8 mile radius.
Tenby with its many shops, bars, restaurants and beaches is 3 miles and Sandersfoot with the same amenities is 6 miles.
Both of these locations also have amusement arcades.
