300yr old cottage, Plas Newydd cottage finished to the highest stantards with all new and old fixtures and fittings. The property retains many of its original features including beams, slate floor, inglenook/old bread oven, adjoining owners property The Old rectory. With breathtaking views of the Clwydian and Berwyn mountains, the property is private and secluded. Well situated for sight seeing, walking and mountain biking at LLandegla, Clocaenog Forest and Coed-y Brenin. Excellent choice of restaurants and takeaways close by, including local village pub in Llanelidan (5-10 mins by car) Oil central heating, linen, towels, electric and views included (sorry, cot linen not provided). Separate washer/tumble dryer room (coin operated). Gas BBQ, garden furniture, room for bikes, walking and cycling gear in laundry room. Children are welcome but please note there is no play area. Cottage is accessed by 3 steps. 1 mile off the A494 between historical town of Ruthin and Corwen.

Changeover day
Change over days are flexible. We ask that the cottage be vacated by 10am day of departure and arrival time after 4pm, thank you.

| Kitchen: | Kitchen, slate floor, belfast sink, wooden worktops, electric cooker/hob, microwave, fridge, corner pew, drop leaf table, chairs, high chair, remote CD/radio stereo and stunning views. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels provided for cottage use only, sorry but cot linen is not provided. If clients are staying for 2wks a change of linen and towels is provided. £30 refundable cleaning deposit is required on arrival to ensure cottage is left clean. |

Notes on accommodation
Cottage is strictly non smoking indoors, smoking is permitted outside please ensure that cigarette ends are discarded correctly, thank you. Sorry no pets allowed due to surrounding farm land.

Property is accessed by 3 steps, shower is a step into shower, small landing area upstairs is on different level (small step).

Booking notes
When confirming a booking we require a non-refundable £100.00 deposit and payment in full on arrival (cash or cheque). On arrival we also ask for a £50.00 refundable cleaning deposit. Two adults booking a short or long break get 10% discount. Cheques made payable to: Mrs J Blight.
