Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
From October to March the cottage is available for short breaks, ie 3 night weekends (Fri - Mon) or 4 nights midweek Mon - Fri) at 50% of the weekly rate ( Min Charge £100). These are subject to availability.
25% discount for bookings made within 14 days of occupancy.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach at Morfa is a 5 min drive or 25 min walk away whilst those at Llandudno or Penmaenmawr are within a 10 min drive or bus ride.

Golf
Conwy golf club is situated within 5 minutes drive.

Travel
Conwy is situated off the A55 expressway from M56 motorway. For guests travelling without a car, there are train routes into Llandudno Junction where Conwy is a 5 minute bus, taxi or train ride away.

Distances
Situated within the town walls of Conwy, the cottage is superbly located with every possible amenity on your doorstep and is perfect for guests with or without a car. Victorian Llandudno, famous for its promenade, dry ski slope, Bronze Age copper mine and cable car rides over the Great Orme is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away.

Further details
North Wales boasts a wealth of attractions to suit every possible interest. Whilst the scenery alone is a walkers or painters paradise, there are numerous sandy beaches, golf courses and historic sights with horse/pony riding and watersports available for the more adventurous! The renound entertainments of Rhyl and the Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn bay are easily accessible. Slightly further afield (but all within an hours drive) are various slate mines and mountain train rides, with Betws-y-Coed, Bodnant Gardens, Snowdonia and the Italianate village of Portmeiron (our favourite!) being well worth a visit. Day trips to historic Chester, Anglesey and fast ferry from Holyhead to Dublin are within a 30 / 45 minute car journey.

Booking notes
Rates are per week from 3.00 pm Friday to 10.00 am the following Friday. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required with any booking. The balance must be paid in full 28 days prior to occupancy. Bookings will be confirmed in writing within 7 days of receiving deposit and arrival instructions will be sent within 7 days of receiving final payment. Electricity and gas are charged separately by meter reading. This is a non smoking property.
