Sunny south facing 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) traditional Welsh cottage, retaining many original features. Spectacular living room with fully glazed wall overlooking the beautiful Clywedog valley. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottage is spacious and comfortably furnished, for all ages, with the best of the old combined with modern conveniences. The outdoor eating area makes it a perfect summer house whilst the wood-burning stove and central heating make it cosy in the winter. A perfect location to explore many of North Wales attractions including Snowdonia, Betws Y Coed, Vale of Clwyd, Bala and Llangollen. Pets welcome. Non-smoking.

Bedroom 2 with twin bed.
Bathrooms: Bath with shower over.
Kitchen: Electric hob and oven, fridge, belfast sink, solid wood work tops, plenty of crockery, cookery books and equipment.
Living Rooms: Fantastic sitting room/conservatory with wood burner (logs supplied), ideal for those cosy evenings in. TV, DVD (with a collection of DVDs), collection of books and games.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen is included, but we do request that guests bring their own towels.

The cottage has oil central heating and a safe enclosed garden for children.

Accessibility
Unfortunatelly the cottage is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The garden is spacious and the decking leading from the side of the living room is a perfect place to enjoy a BBQ or afternoon tea.

The nearest beaches are Prestatyn or Rhyl (35 minute drive)

Golf
Denbigh or Bryn Morfydd Golf clubs are approx 8 miles away

Travel
As the cottage is very rural, use of a car is essential

Distances
The medieval town of Denbigh and picturesque Ruthin with it's boutique shops and restaurants are 7 miles away. The nearest village is Cyffylliog, 3 miles away. There are many other villages in the surrounding area with traditional pubs serving good food.

Further details
If you enjoy walking, there are many beautiful walks on your doorstep, alternatively the Offa's Dyke is only a short drive away as is Llyn Brenig, a beautiful woodland area with lakes, walks, play area and cafe.
