Perhaps you want an active holiday with friends or children where you can have a go at sailing, quad biking, mountain biking, walking, golf, power boating, fishing and climbing. Whatever your tastes, you will find that all can be catered for locally. Underwood is superbly located on the Isle of Anglesey with stunning views towards the Snowdonia mountains and the coastline towards Llandudno and The Great Orme. The popular town of Beaumaris is a five minute drive away where you can chose between traditional pub fayre or fine dining.

Rentals run from 7 nights from Friday or Saturday, 4 nights from Monday and 3 nights from Friday. Check in from 3:30pm check out is 10:00. These changeover days and check in/out times are flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Full central heating. The Blue and Copper House are on one level therefore suitable for people with disabilities.
Accessibility
The Blue and Copper House are both on one level, and there is ample parking directly outside of each cottage therefore suitable for and people with disabilities. However, cottages have not been specially constructed for wheelchair users.
Outside
Surrounded by 55 acres of fields and woodland as part of the property there are landscaped areas and each cottage has its own patio area, table chairs and barbeque. There is a large group area with table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches on Anglesey from a 5 minute drive from Underwood.Benllech beach is an absolutely traditional bucket and spade, experience.The nearest beaches are at Llanddona and Penmon, both of which are about two miles away. Carrying on up this side of the Anglesey coast, the next easily accessible beach is Red Wharf Bay.
Golf
There are two golf courses nearby, Princes Golf Course (within the grounds of Henllys Hall) and Baron Hill Golf Club. There are ten courses in total on Anglesey

Coastal and country walks are just on the cottage doorstep. Details can be found in the guest folders in each cottage.
Travel
Liverpool and Manchester airports are approximately 85 miles away. Car hire is recommended is guests wish to explore the Island. Bangor train station is 7 miles away.

I am Rebecca Dennis and I live with my husband Oliver in Cheshire with our 2 young sons aged 2 1/2 and 4. Oliver has been going to Anglesey since he was a child and we love the area. We have recently finished renovating 3 cottages which are individually decorated and furnished to a high standard. We stay at Underwood as often as we can with family and friends, as it's the perfect way to spend our leisure time. Underwood has something to offer everyone from its numerous beaches and Snowdonia National Park to great days out at many of the local attractions. The popular town of Beaumaris is a 5 minute drive away - where you can chose between traditional pub fayre or fine dining.
