A warm and welcoming family house arranged over 2 floors with an additional ground floor extension housing a large bedroom, toilet and shower room making this property ideal for families with members who have difficulty with climbing stairs. The house is one of the oldest in the village and this is reflected in it's cottage type interior. The large garden and patio has furniture for 8 and retains the sun throughout the day. Although the railway station is at the back of the property (hence Station Road) few trains pass through and the property is a quiet retreat. The garden is fully enclosed and the higher standing patio area is edged for safety. There are a couple of steps up and these have handrails.

Notes on accommodation
All central heating is included. There are numerous Cds, DVDs & Videos, a PlayStation 2 and games, plus several children's games. There is a magazine rack filled with information about the area and houses instructions on the various house appliances. Cleaning materials, including dishwasher and washing machine tablets are provided.

Outside
Outside is a large patio and hard-standing area with table and chairs to easily seat 8 people. The gardens are gated. Car parking is to the side of the property and will house 3 cars. The front of the house faces the street which is a quiet cul de sac.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy bay of Saundersfoot is 2 miles away. Within a distance of 5 miles are several sandy beaches. Tenby harbour provides many trips for fishing and also for visiting the island of Caldy, famous for it's working monastry. Trips to see seals and bird life on various small islands are available. Oakwood and several smaller theme parks are all within 20 minutes drive.

There are several golf courses within the area, the nearest being 5 miles away.

Large supermarket within a 5 minutes walk from the house. A family butcher and bakery is within 2 minutes walk and also a pub serving good bar snacks. Also within 2 minutes walk is a social club with snooker tables, a pool table and widescreen TV. Children are welcome and for a small fee membership can be obtained. The area abounds with sensibly priced restaurants, many with facilities for children. There are many walks and the whole area is a National Park.

25% deposit on booking. Remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival. On receipt of final payment, full details for arrival will be posted. A refundable fee of £100 to cover breakages is required with the deposit.
