Changeover day
In season ie school holidays, weekly bookings changeover is Saturday; mid week 3 or 4 nights out of season - we are flexible on change over days. Arrival is 3pm depart by 10am

Notes on accommodation
Central heating included in price. Parking, several choices including the pay and display public multi storey car park (Sainsburys') 8/10min walk away – daily charge of £1.80, weekly £10.80. Please note that during the school summer holidays the walled town area of Tenby is pedestrianised between 11a.m. and 5 pm. The apartment is a 'no smoking' and, unfortunately 'no pets' zone.
Accessibility
There are 8 steps to access the courtyard area of the apartment and then 13 down to the decked area outside the lounge. Living area, bedrooms and bathroom all on one level.

Coast/Beach
2 mins walk brings you to the superb South Beach in Tenby. Also 5 mins would take you to the harbour/north beach and castle beach. Pembrokeshire is renowned for its golden sandy beaches, fantastic on a Summers day and as good on a cold winters morning.
Golf
Tenby Links Golf Course (1888), oldest affiliated club in Wales, is 15 mins walk away. Trefloyne Course in 2 miles away in the quiet,and beautiful location of Penally.
Special interest holidays
Cycling, Kite surfing, kite buggying/land boarding, kayak and surfing holidays.
Tenby is the host to the Iron Man Wales triathalon event which will take place on 16th September 2012.
Travel
Three and a half hours from London, M4. Cardiff airport an hour and a half. Pembroke Ferries to Ireland 6 miles. Tenby train station 15 mins walk. Car recommended, but 'in season' not entirely necessary.
Distances
An hours drive away is St Davids, the patron saint of Wales, which is the smallest city in Britain. Some beautiful coastal footpath walks and pubs/restaurants to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Caldey Island only half hours boat ride and a place of calm tranquillity filled with seals and birdlife, even the odd dolphin!
Further details
A visit to Skomer and Skokholm islands in early Summer will find the sea strewn with rafts of guillemots, razorbills and the adorable puffins, plus lots more. In the early Autumn you may even get to see the Manx Shearwater leaving the island with young ones following.

Local couple, married 25 years, 3 grown children. Two retail businesses and one activity kayak hire and kite surfing/landboarding business in the area, established 2000. Like to enjoy the outdoor life.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Bought property as its qualities being 'central' to the town was so unique. Very quiet and outside decked area very rare for the area. An ideal base to explore Pembrokeshire, which has the UK's only 'coastal' National Park. Long stretches of golden sandy beaches only 2 minutes walk away which, even on a winters day has such an appeal.
