The cottage is set in a quiet cul de sac and furnishings are to a very high standard. The cottage comprises entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/wc, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with full sized hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave. Sitting room/dining room with double sofa bed, TV/video, DVD and CD. Patio doors lead to fully enclosed patio area with garden furniture. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with double bed the other with two twin beds and bathroom with shower over bath. Off road parking for two vehicles.

Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day except in the case of short breaks. Arrival is from 3.00pm and departure by 10.00am.

North Wales is a diverse region including secluded sandy beaches and top rate golf courses to a range of water sports and historic sights. In the area are award winning restaurants, bars and theatres. The medieval town of Conwy with a picturesque harbour, 13th Century castle and sandy beaches is within walking distance. Discover Victorian Llandudno with its promenade, theatre, dry ski slope, cable car rides over the Great Orme, Betws-y-Coed, Bodnant Gardens, Snowdonia (take a train to the top or hike!), the more rural Wales, and Portmerion Italianate village. Day trips to historic Chester, Anglesey and fast ferry from Holyhead to Dublin are within a 30 minute car journey.
Travel
Manchester International Airport is 70 miles away, appoximately a 1 hour journey by car. Llandudno Junction is a 5 minute car journey from the cottage with rail connections to London, Manchester, Chester and Holyhead. There is a bus stop a short walk from the cottage to Conwy.

Conwy is a 5 minute car journey or 15 minute walk.

It is marina policy that no motor homes, camper vans or commercial vans are permitted to park on the Marina overnight. No washing lines allowed.
Booking notes
Email in first instance. A deposit of £100 per week will secure booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
