Located just 150 metres from the lovely sandy beach in Llanelli and the Millennium Coastal Path (a motor free pathway running for 22kms along the coast). Fully enclosed and secure rear garden makes this an ideal family choice. 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, en-suite shower room to master bedroom. Kitchen: Beech units with built in hob and oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric toaster, electric kettle, electric grill, filter coffee maker, hand blender, food mixer etc. Extensive range of crockery, utensils etc.
Utility Room: Separate utility room providing access to garden and somewhere to kick of dirty shoes. Washing machine, inside drying rail, clothes line in garden.
Living Rooms: The lounge is tastefully furnished with contemporary fabric sofas and walnut occasional furniture. 40” HD LCD TV, Sky box, DVD player, Mini HiFi with MP3 docking and USB port. WiFi Internet access.
Other: The fully enclosed and secure rear garden is accessed via the utility room and has a patio area with modern patio furniture. On the lawned area is a children’s trampoline and other outdoor toys.

All linen (bed, bath and beach towels) is provided. House is cleaned every 7 days prior to arrival of guests.

Beachlands House is a 3 storey house and hence anyone with disabilities must assess whether they are able to climb stairs once inside the house. Access to the house is on flat ground.

Llanelli beach is on your doorstep, well, 150 metres away on flat ground. Other wonderful beaches are the beach at Pembrey and also at Pendine Sands.

This is a great location for many interests. As shown above, there are dozens of great golf courses. If you love bird watching, then the Wetlands Centre is very close by. Cyclists can have a great time exploring the Millennium Coastal Path and the Pembrey Coastal path, plus other routes inland as well. Similarly, walkers can enjoy a lot of the same routes open to cyclists.

Travel
Located on the south west coastline of Wales, this holiday home is just 10 minutes from the M4, junction 48, 1 hour from Cardiff International airport, and 3 hours by train from London's Paddington. The town of Llanelli is easily accessible. Regular train services run to and from the towns railway station. National bus services allows tourists to access the town.

Distances
Llanelli is just 5 minutes drive away, whilst Swansea is about 30 minutes by car.

Further details
Guests at Beachlands House have free use of 2 x adult bikes and 2 x 'tweenager' bikes. These are stored at Beachlands House but are provided on a rotational share basis with guests at Beachlands View. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own bikes and store them in the garage during their stay with us.

Booking notes
£50 discount for all bookings of 2 or more consecutive weeks. Refundable £150 security deposit required with final balance payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks, subject to satisfactory inventory inspection & safe return of keys. A deposit of £150 is required to secure any booking with the balance payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

About the owner
Hello, my name is Yvette Morrison and I am the owner of these lovely properties. I am married to Mike and we have a 13 year old daughter. Mike also has grown up children (4!) from an earlier marriage. I hope you like the contemporary styling I have done on these modern homes. I love interiors and adore transforming tired and outdated rooms into up to the minute places to be. I have done loads of research into the area around Llanelli, as I want to make your holiday really special. You will find lots of little things in our homes that many other owners will not have thought about. I was surprised myself this year when we booked a luxury villa holiday in Turkey, only to find that what I consider basic items were not provided by the villa owner. Thanks for reading this.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
My husband and I bought this house in June 2007 when we decided to purchase some properties for investment. Initially we rented the house to long term tenants, but after 18 months decided to use the house for holiday lets, just like the penthouse. We both love the area so much (perhaps it's Mike half Welsh blood!) that we wanted others to share this lovely part of the world. I also love handling the bookings and get a great deal of pleasure from hearing back from our guests how much they have enjoyed their stay. I wish I had more holiday homes - perhaps one day!

Unique benefits of the property
Using the penthouse as a model, it was easy to replicate equipping the house for holiday guests. I have thought of all of the same requirements people would need and have attained another 5* grading form Visit Wales. Visit Wales will monitor both of our holiday homes to ensure that constant standards are maintained. This gives reassurance to guests that they are going to find a great holiday home for their stay, which will be of an exceptional standard.
