Capel Bethel was last used as a Chapel in 1982 and had been unused and unloved until we started the conversion which was completed early in 2006. It is a fantastic property set over three floors and offers spacious and flexible accommodation for a large family or number of families. Trawsfynydd is located within the Snowdonia National Park and is within easy driving distance of Porthmadog, Portmerion Italianate Village, Ffestiniog Railway, Llechwedd Slate Caverns and Harlech Castle. The fantastic beaches at Cardigan Bay and the Lleyn Penisula are nearby. There is a good selection of shops within the village and a pub which also serves food.

Changeover day
Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 3pm and departure before 10am.
Shorter stays are available at certain times of the year - please ask for details.

Bedrooms: Ground floor: One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Mezzanine floor: One bedroom with bunk beds.
Top floor: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room,
Family bedroom with double bed, single bed & pull-out single bed, and one single bedroom.
Bathrooms: Ground floor bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower and wc.
Cloakroom on mezzanine floor.
Bathroom on top floor with corner whirlpool bath, separate shower, wc.
En-suite shower room to master bedroom.
Kitchen: Double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A large slow cooker and rice cooker are also provided.
Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a small room just off the dining room.
Living Rooms: Open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting area on the ground floor. Dining table seats 12. Highchair available.
Mezzanine sitting area with TV and DVD, radio and woodburner. There is a selection of toys for younger children and a few board games.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Gas, electricity, bed linen, bath mats and tea towels are all included within the rental price.
Towels are available at an additional cost of £5 per person (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel).

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for children. A highchair is available and we can also provide a travel cot upon request. Stairgates are also provided.

There is a small garden area with slate table and views across the surrounding mountains.
There is parking for three cars on the driveway.

Coast/Beach
The beaches at Cardigan Bay and the Lleyn Penisula are all within a short drive. The closest beaches are located at Harlech and Porthmadog.

Golf
Closest golf courses are at Harlech and Porthmadog.

Booking notes
30% deposit at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required.
No smoking or pets allowed.
