A little way south is the city of Nimes, which is home to two of the world’s best-preserved Roman buildings. Weather
Self-catering gites in Uzès are found in a region that enjoys hotter weather than any other part of France apart from Corsica. Summers are long and dry here, although temperatures are generally lower a little further inland.
