Changeover day
No preference but must vacate the villa by 10.30am in order to have it cleaned for next arrivals (if a different time is required this could possibly be negotiated). Book in after 4pm.

All the doors to the pool are alarmed in case children venture out when parents are unaware. Very spacious and homely. Hairdryers supplied. Play station available with games in the Disney room. A set of clubs is available in the garage for anyone who enjoys golfing, there are 2 golf courses within 15 mins drive.

A private swimming pool with separate small pool for small children. lounging area with enough seating, lounging and dining facilities the pool is 25ft in length and roughly 14ft wide. Garden to the front of the property with a well established garden.

Booking notes
Email or telephone. Deposit of £200 to secure villa and then full payment of monies 8 weeks prior to departure. £200 deposit will be returned 3 weeks after return if no damages.

Why this location?
We actually stayed in this villa twice and loved it. It was close to all the parks and shops. Even though our children are now of the age they do not wish to come on holiday with us we still finds endless things to do when we go. No matter what type of holiday our villa is close to everything and your holiday is what you make it, either hitting the parks, or just lounging by your own pool. Taking in surrounding resorts and of course shopping with all the designer ranges a fraction of the cost in the UK. Even with the dollar in the current climate ther are always bargains to be had. Once you have been to floirida no other holiday will ever match it.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
5 minutes for the walmart on the 192 with all the restaurants very close by. Fab selection of entertainment on your door step.
