Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room, large walk-in wardrobe. Ceiling fan. Cable TV & DVD.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, ceiling fan, TV & DVD.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds, TV and Playstation 2.
Cot also available.
Bathrooms:
En-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, WC, vanity unit and good lighting.
Family bathroom situated between bedrooms 2 and 3 with bath/overhead shower, WC and vanity unit.
Kitchen:
Cooker, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and breakfast table. Full range of utensils and crockery (for indoors and outdoor use). A coolbox is also provided for guests to use.
Utility Room:
Large washing machine, tumble dryer, washing basket, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. These are all situated in the garage which can be accessed directly from the kitchen.

Large airy living room with vaulted ceiling. Furnished with 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table and ceiling fan. There is a digital cable TV, DVD, stereo, Ipod dock/speakers and a supply of games, books, DVDs, CDs and videos for guests to enjoy.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure. Bath and pool towels along with all linen are provided.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. 10% discount for stays of 3 weeks and over. Pool heating is recommended between October and March - this is charged at an additional £84 per week.

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time after 4pm. Departure time by 10am.

The private swimming pool is set in a fenced garden and can be heated at an additional cost. The pool area contains large table with parasol, chairs and sun loungers. There is outdoor lighting for use in the evenings.
Golf
The local golf course is Kissimmee Golf Club which is just 10 mins away. Golf clubs can be hired. There are numerous other courses within a short distance of the villa.
How to get there
Orlando International is just 30 mins drive from the villa. Sanford Airport is also within easy driving distance of the villa.

15 minutes to Disney. 20 minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet n Wild. 30 minutes from the Airport
Further Details
For your groceries and numerous other items: Walmart SuperCenter on Highway 192 is just a 2 min drive from the villa. The 192 also has a large variety of restaurants and other shops which cater for everyone.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival at the villa. Full payment is required if the booking is made within 8 weeks of your stay. A security deposit of £200 is payable with your final payment - this will be fully refunded on return from the villa (provided no breakages etc have occurred during your stay).
