Property description
This superior 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa has just been redecorated, re-carpeted and refurnished to a high standard. It sleeps up to 10 people and has 2 master suites, 1 king-size and 1 double, so it is ideal for 2 families. It has a further twin room and a character bedroom, which kids will love, that sleeps 3. It has a fully fitted breakfast kitchen, with all new small appliances, along with a separate formal dining area. The lounge is large and spacious with TV and DVD player. Outside you can enter the pool area either by the patio doors in the lounge or the master suite (all exits to pool have electronic alarms for safety) Once outside, relax with a dip in the pool, while the tots splash about in the safety of their very own pool. A cot and stroller are provided for the smaller guests, as is all linen and towels. All this and only 15 minutes from Disney and all its attractions, which makes it a perfect place to come home to after a tiring day at the parks.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs and is fully equipped with everything you need, including new toaster kettle crockery etc. There is a full size oven and hob along with large microwave and American style fridge/freezer.
Living Rooms:
There are two large sofas to relax on and a separate formal dining area. TV, DVD player.
Other:
Double garage with washing machine and dryer, cot and pushchair. Off street parking for 2 cars.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
The property will be cleaned before your arrival. All linen and towels are provided as well as pool/beach towels.

The villa has air conditioning and heating throughout. It is all on one level so is suitable for young children and the elderly or infirm.

About the area
Outside
Outside, under the covered lanai, we have our own private oversized pool, which has a separate children’s pool with water feature. There is a table and four chairs along with 4 sun loungers. The pool can be heated in the cooler months (at an additional cost).
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches within an hour's drive of the villa. Daytona Beach (which you can drive right on to) and Cocoa Beach are on the East Coast. Clearwater Beach and Tampa Bay are on the Gulf Coast.
Golf
There are more than 100 golf courses within an hours drive, the closest one is Kissimmee golf club which is only a 10 minute drive away.
How to get there
Orlando international airport is the closest airport, which is approximately 30 minutes drive and Sanford Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive. Car hire is strongly recommended, which we can arrange for you, prices on request.
Distances
We are about 3 minutes drive from the 192 and the 24 hour Walmart superstore. Along the 192 you will find a vast array of shops, restaurants and attractions. All major attractions, such as Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Epcot, Sea World and a variety of water parks, are approximately 15 minute drive away.
Further Details
Other attractions we would recommend are Kissimme Old Town, Boggy Creek air boat rides, Gatorland. Discovery Cove is a wonderful day out where you can swim with dolphins, rays and tropical fish. There are restaurants for every taste, try the Outback for fantastic steaks and the Red Lobster for great seafood. If your looking for an English pub try the Fox and Hounds on 192 for good food and a friendly welcome. Also close by are theme nights such as Arabian Nights and Medievel Times.
Booking notes
If you choose to book our villa, a booking form will be sent to you either by post or email. A deposit of £100 per week will be required with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of your stay. A security deposit of £100 will also be payable with your first payment. This will be returned to you when you arrive home providing no damage is caused to the property. A discount will be given to bookings of 3 weeks or more.
