Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa offers a home for up to 8 guests. Recently Fully Re-Furbished with high quality furniture - With its own private pool and separate Jacuzzi/Spa which is NOT overlooked - This villa is Ideal for Single Families or 2 families. It features lounge/dining area with large screen cable TV, DVD/VCR and Nintendo Wii - we also have a selection of books/games available for use. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a breakfast area. The bedrooms consist of a master suite with a US king bed and en-suite. There is a second master bedroom consisting of a US queen size bed and 2 twin rooms with 2 single beds in each. All 4 bedrooms feature cable TV and the 2 twin rooms have a play station in each room. Free use of highchair. Cot available, together with buggie / strollers - The property also has free use of Walkie Talkies for guests so parties can split up and keep in touch, these have a range upto 16 miles - A fully monitored security system is installed at the villa.

Notes on prices
Prices are quotes for the property per week in UK pounds and US dollars - All taxes included.
Part-Weeks, prices are Pro-Rata. For stays of less than 4 days a cleaning charge will be incurred of £45 or $80. We offer discounts for stays of 3 weeks+. Pool heating optional and is £10 per day (minimum 3 days).

Flexible changeover day. If late checkout is required let us know and we can try and assist.

Notes on accommodation
Fully air conditioned/heated all external doors are fitted with security alarms that will activate if opened by a child (Florida law for safety). A cot and highchair is available - together with buggies for toddlers. The master bathroom has a door that leads directly onto the pool/spa area - allowing you to go straight from pool into bathroom/shower without having to walk through house.
Free use of PC with full wireless internet access (broadband) so you can take your wireless devices and use them - free local/US/Canada phone calls.
A fully monitored security system is installed at the villa to protect your property.

Outside
Large private pool area with 26" private heated pool and seperate Jacuzzi/Spa. Patio area includes sunbeds plus covered area with table and chairs. Light and power is available outside. The area is fully screened. The pool is also lit for those 'evening swims'. The pool area is not overlooked. BBQ is available.
The Manors at Westridge also features a private club house solely for guests and resident and this features a large children’s playground, communal pool area - this is a 1 minute walk from the villa. The community is 'gated' this means it is a very safe and child friendly community.

less than 1 hour to the beaches of Clearwater, Daytona, Cocoa and Tampa.
Golf
Golf is available within 5 minutes drive.
Travel
Orlando airport is 30 minutes by car. Car hire essential.

We are based in West Midlands, UK with 2 daughters aged 13 & 15.
We visited for many years in Florida before purchasing our house and once purchased we decided to furnish as a home and not as a standard 'villa'.
We visit 5 or 6 times a year and we are very proud of our home and from the comments left by guests in our comments book we are happy that they also appreciate the effort we put into making our villa a real 'home from home'.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
This is a gated community near to all attractions yet far enough away to be a relaxed - The home owners association ensure the neighbourhood is kept tidy and the added advatage of having a fully equipped club house within 2 minute walk was a bonus.
Unique benefits of the property
We spent time thinking of what we wanted in a home and the bits that were missing in other villas we had stopped in - Wifi internet access, Jacuzzi, Privay screens around the pool (locally known as florida glass), Cable TV in each room and we spent extra on quality furniture rather than the standard 'home in a box' type that many villas have.
