| Kitchen: | The spacious central kitchen overlooks the dining room and is fully equipped with all modern appliances including cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice making machine, waste disposal. There is also an adjoining breakfast area. |

This accommodation is all on ground floor level and is suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The front of the villa has grassed garden. The rear is fully secure and has ample space for sunbathing/relaxing with a good sized swimming pool. Table with 4 chairs, 2 sun recliners and a covered swing. A barbeque is also available. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

There are several golf courses in the area.

Orlando International Airport is the nearest, approximately 20 minutes drive, Sanford Airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minute drive.
Distances
Bars, restaurants and shops within 5 minute drive including Walmart. Walt Disney Parks about 10-15 minute drive.
Booking notes
