Notes on accommodation
Central heating and air-conditioning. House alarm, monitored by ADT. Pool/spa, fully equipped games room and PS2 means there is plenty for the kids to do during your holiday. Also, to protect younger children, the pool is enclosed with a child safety fence. Our villa is a strictly no smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the villa or games room. Smoking in the villa is a violation of the Rental Agreement and could result in forfeiture of your Security Deposit. No Pets allowed.
Outside
Enclosed, private, south-facing, 30X16 foot pool with spillover spa. Pool/spa is heated via solar heat and (at an additional charge) a propane gas heater. Pool area has a lanai with table and chairs. Pool deck has numerous lounge chairs. BBQ is available at an additional cost.
Coast/Beach
Atlantic Beaches (New Smyrna, etc) are about 75 minutes away. Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater, St Pete) are about 2 hours away.
Golf
Convenient to all of the Disney area golf courses including the courses on Disney property, Orange Lake Golf Club, Mystic Dunes and more.

Orlando International is located 30 miles away.
Orlando Sanford International airport is located 40 miles away.

Booking notes
Request of Rental Agreement holds the villa for 7 days at no obligation. A £250 ($500) security deposit is required to secure villa. Full payment is due 10 weeks before arrival. Security deposit is fully refunded barring any unusual damage to the house.
