Our luxury villa is situated at Silver Creek, off Highway 27 and close to the 192 and I4 Interstate. World famous attractions such as Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World and many more for you to investigate just 10 minutes drive from the villa. Also 5 minutes away from the villa you have your local Walmart, pharmacy, bank, and a number of eating places.

Changeover day is flexible to meet the needs of our guests. Arrival time 4pm. Departure time 10am to allow for cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
This is a no smoking, recently upgraded villa for the comfort of all guests. It is beautifully carpeted and is well furnished. This is a fantastic property in a fabulous location. You will not be disappointed, just bring your suitcases!
Outside
Large private pool 30ft by 15ft. Pool heating available (only normally needed between october and march) at an additional cost of £15 per day. Comfortable sun loungers and dining table situated under covered lanai, ideal for outside dining. Pool enclosed by child safety screen.
Coast/Beach
Atlantic Coast beaches (Daytona, Cocoa beach) approx 60 mins drive. Gulf Coast beaches (St Petersburg,Clearwater) approx 75 mins drive.
Golf
Plenty of local courses in the area.
Travel
Conveniently located form Orlando International Airport (30 minutes drive) and Orlando Sanford Airport (60 minutes drive). Car hire is essential to make the most of your stay in Florida. All major car rentals available at airports, but we recommend booking prior to arrival.
Distances
Ideally located for easy access to Disney approx 10 mins. Sea World, Universal Studios etc approx 20 mins away. Wal-Mart superstore, banks and restaurants all within 5 minutes drive. See website for more information.
Booking notes
£100 per week deposit payable on booking (non refundable) and a balance due 8 weeks before departure. £150 security deposit required with balance payment, refundable within 14 days after villa vacated. Management Service available throughout your visit.
