The property sleeps 6 people (8 people including den) and has been tastefully decorated. The spacious open plan, fully air-conditioned living area with its cathedral ceilings consists of a sitting room, formal dining area, den, kitchen with breakfast bar and nook. The villa has a 28ft screened pool with block paved patio which was newly built in 2008. The outdoor living area consists of a lanai, dining table and chairs, BBQ and loungers. The rear garden leads out to our very own boat dock and lift situated on a Gulf access canal, why not hire a boat for part or all or your stay we can recommend many local companies. Fantastic beaches, abundance of golf courses, great shopping, fishing, water sports and restaurants are all in close proximity of the villa. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 weeks or longer.
Electric pool heating will be provided November through to February. If required outside of these months an additional fee of £55 per week will be charged.
Changeover day
The villa will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate by 10am on departure day. Where possible we will try to accommodate requests for an earlier arrival or later departure but this cannot be guaranteed.

The newly built 28ft swimming pool (heated during winter only) and deck area is screened and includes a shaded outdoor area for comfortable dining and relaxation. Patio table and 6 chairs are provided. BBQ, 2 loungers and 3 additional seats for relaxing.
The pool backs onto the catfish canal, which has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The villa boasts its very own boat dock with boat lift.
Golf
The southwest corner of Florida has an abundance of golf facilities to suit any golfer. These can be private, semi-private and public courses. Please check the course directory on our website for availability.
