Beautifully furnished 4 bedroom town home on the prestigious 5* Regal Palms Resort. The house features a large living/dining area with entertainment centre and large flat screen TV and Cable Internet. Both master bedrooms are en-suite, one King sized upstairs, with balcony and patio furniture to relax and look out over the open fields behind, the other a downstairs queen sized bedroom. Both master bedrooms feature flat screen cable TV’s with walk-in wardrobes. There are two twin bedrooms with wardrobes. The house has a fully fitted kitchen and laundry room. The resort is amazing, it has a fantastic lagoon swimming pool with lazy river and slides. The clubhouse facilities include bar and restaurant, spa and gymnasium with beauty salon, games room and Internet cafe with wi-fi.

For bookings under 7 nights there will be an additional cleaning fee of $85.00.
Please note that Regal Palms Resort will charge a small daily resort fee of $10 per household which the resort reception will collect on your arrival. This fee is for unlimited use of the resort facilities and covers all members of your party
Changeover day
Available from 4pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Days flexible.

Notes on accommodation
The 4 bedroom Bermuda is the largest townhouse available at Regal Palms. It has nearly 2000 sq.ft. of living space. Our house has been individually furnished by an interior designer who has created luxury and relaxing surroundings for your enjoyment. Cribs, high chairs and BBQs all available for a small fee paid locally. Standard or luxury welcome packs including wine and fruit are available for a fee. The house is fully air-conditioned with room ceiling fans. Sorry no pets.
Accessibility
The downstairs Queen sized en-suite bedroom has a lock out facility and can be accessed externally and/or from within. The house is suitable for disabled persons.
Outside
Blockpaved driveway for 2 cars, lawned areas surrounding the house. The property in not overlooked to the rear and is suitable for small children. There is a small furnished patio area to the rear of the house. Refuse is collected twice daily am/pm.
Lagoon swimming pool, lazy river and slides. Features full clubhouse and leisure facilities with restaurant and bar.
Coast/Beach
The Gulf Coast beaches are about 80 miles away & easily reached by car.
Golf
Regal Palms is located adjacent to the scenic 18-hole Highlands Reserve golf course. Golf clubs are available for hire from our property management company.
Travel
Distance from Orlando International airport is 35 miles & Sanford Orlando airport is 60 miles away. Airport transfers can be arranged with our property managers for a fee.
Distances
Berry town centre with a Publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, banks, shops and bars are a short walk or a 2 minute drive away. A Super-Walmart is close by on highway 27 with all the fantastic amenities of the US192 only a few minutes drive away. All of Orlandos wonderful attractions such as Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios are close by.
Further details
Wonderful designer shopping malls with department stores such as Macys & Bloomingdales are close by, as are numerous outlet stores selling branded goods at bargain prices. Orlando is a shoppers paradise.

Together with your completed booking form, a non-refundable deposit of £100 UK pounds or £200 USD per week is due to secure your dates. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due Eight (8) weeks before your arrival date or at the time of booking, if arrival date is within eight (8) weeks.

We rented Pete and Carol's 4 bed house which was presented to a show house standard, beautifully furnished and with more than enough room for two couples, granny and two kids aged 5 and 7 years. All bedrooms have great storage with small but ample walk in closets plus added drawer space. The upstairs master has a huge, extremely comfortable bed, en-suite, balcony and large LCD TV. The two twin rooms share a family bathroom and the downstairs suite has a king size bed and is again en-suite and also has a large LCD TV. There is also a downstairs wc. The kitchen has large appliances and is fully equipped and the lounge/diner is spacious and very comfortable. Large LCD TV, DVD + several films and WiFi complete the package. The patio doors look over manicured lawn and grassland beyond.

We are Pete & Carol Wilkinson and live in the north west of England. I am a retired Cop and Carol is a civil servant. We have three grown up children Charlotte, Sophie & Jason and we all love Florida!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We first fell in love with Regal Palms when we rented a pool home at neighbouring Highlands Reserve in 2005. We were allowed to use the resort facilities at Regal Palms and our kids could not believe the wonderful lagoon pool with lazy river & slide, needless to say when not at the theme parks we spent several days of our holiday at Regal Palms. When Carol & I were lucky enough to be in a position to purchase our Florida holiday home we new exactly where we wanted to purchase and have not regretted it for a minute.
Unique benefits of the property
Our home is situated in a lovely part of the resort and is not overlooked at all to the rear. It is within walking distance to the resort, shops and nearby Berry Town shopping center with all its fantastic shops, bars and restaurants. Carol & I have had our home custom furnished by an interior designer, who has created luxury and relaxing surroundings for your enjoyment. Our property is a corner unit, has the largest floor space available and has a furnished patio area at the back which is not overlooked and suitable for small children.
