The villa is in close proximity to all of Orlando’s wonderful attractions and is the perfect place to spend your vacation. With Walt Disney World a mere 15 minutes, Sea World a fraction under 25 and Universal Studios a stone’s throw at 35 minutes away, who could ask for more? For the golfer, the Champions Gate complex is less than 5 minutes from the front gate! The Shires at West Haven is a secure gated community and has its own Family Recreation Centre for those days you may wish to ‘stay home’ and relax, or perhaps play a few sets of tennis. For the even more energetic, there is a fully equipped (and staffed) fitness centre! And that’s not all, with Tampa and the Gulf Beaches at 1 hour to the East and Daytona and the Atlantic 1 hour to the West, Florida is indeed a wonderland of holiday thrills and opportunities.

Changeover day
The rental period begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned (with heating where required).
Outside
The villa has a fully furnished covered lanai for those sultry evenings overlooking the private pool and spa and lounger area. The pool has safety screening for the protection of children (and other users). The pool can be heated if required. The outlook beyond the pool is over a protected conservation area.
Coast/Beach
The villa is approximately 60 minutes drive from Clearwater (Gulf Coast beaches), and 60 minutes from Daytona (Atlantic Coast).
Golf
It is just over 1 mile from the new world class Champions Gate golf course.
Travel
The villa 25 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and 60 minutes from Sanford International Airport.
Distances
The villa is perfectly placed with only 12 minutes to Disney World and is ideally located for easy access to Sea World, Wet'n'Wild', Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove which are all within easy reach.
Booking notes
Reservations can be made either by completing the Availability Form on the owner's website or by phone. The reservation will be confirmed when we have received the reservation and security deposits and/or full payment if reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the arrival date specified in the availabilty enquiry form. NB: a 'security deposit' is required to cover excessive use of electricity, cleaning costs, damage, breakages, etc.
