The villa is situated on the exclusive Sandy Ridge Development, fast becoming one of the most sought after locations in Orlando, not only is it a beautiful property its location is perfect. The villa is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac, neighbours on the left only, set in a conservation area and backs on to a pond. We have furnished and equipped the property to the highest standard, just pack your suitcases and arrive we have everything you will need to make your stay comfortable no need to hire baby equipment there are cots highchairs and strollers for your use, all linens and towels including pool towels are provided. Our price includes local taxes and cleaning charge no add on except optional pool heat.

The heated swimming pool and spa is screened, poolside furniture consists of table and chairs and sun loungers. there is a safety fence around the pool which can be removed if not required.

You could not be better placed for golf as you are minutes away from several championship courses. 5 minutes from Sandy Ridge is Champions Gate complex with 2 courses designed by Greg Norman and it is also home to the David Leadbetter golf academy.
The clubhouse offers a full range of facilities and tee times can be booked in advance.
There are in total 20 courses in Orlando the world class Reunion course is 3 miles from Sandy Ridge.

MCO Orlando International airport 30 minutes by car.
Sanford airport is 40 minutes by car.
Tampa airport is 45 minutes by car.

Our villa at Sandy Ridge is in the ideal position, you are 10 minutes from Disney, 20 mins to Universal and central for all other attractions. Easy access to the I-4 and all those wonderful shopping outlets, restaurants galore, 2 miles to championship golf courses.

There is a Publix supermarket 5 min drive from the villa along with numerous takeaways inc. chinese takeaway, pizza Hut, etc Champions Gate is few minutes from the Villa it also a large Publix supermarket and a host of restaurants, banks, chemists, upmarket as well as fast food.
Booking notes
All local taxes are included in the rates. Pool heating is £15 per day minimum, 4 days booked only needed October to May.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is a required at time of booking remainder due 8 weeks before travel, a refundable £250 security deposit is also required 8 weeks before refunded after 14 days.
