Our villa is located on the new prestigious gated community of WaterSong. It is in a peaceful location to the South of Disney World, close to the Interstate 4, making you perfectly located for swift and easy access to all the attractions. Set in a conservation area in the vicinity of clear lakes, WaterSong offers a tranquil retreat from the hectic theme parks. Brand new for 2008, our stunning, privately owned, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, pool home, accommodates 10 people (plus 2 infants) in contemporary designer luxury; no uncomfortable sofa bed in this home!. The contemporary interior has been designed by a professional interior decorator and as such the quality and styling are far superior to the norm – this is a little taste of Miami in Orlando! The villa is set on a large plot with no back neighbours; you will be able to relax in or around the huge 30ft pool and spa in privacy, with only nature as your back neighbour! Go on pamper yourself – This is Florida living at its best!

Notes on prices
All prices quoted are for the villa and not per person.
All prices are inclusive of Florida State taxes at 12%. The prices quoted are per week and are inclusive of utilities, air-conditioning, cable TV, internet access, clean bedlinen and towels on arrival. Minimum rental is 5 days. A cleaning fee of £65 (US$110) is added to each booking. Pool heating is available for the cooler months (October - April). Pool heating is charged at £100/week (US$185/week).
Changeover day
We have no specified change over day, you may arrive at our villa any time after 4pm local time. You must vacate prior to 10am. A later check out may be arranged, subject to availability, and with prior agreement of the owners.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and luxury cotton bedlinen are provided, including beach towels. The villa is professionally cleaned by our management company after the departure of each party. Mid stay cleaning is available, on request, for an additional charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Our home is child friendly. We provide a comprehensive set of baby equipment; large cot/playpen, buggy/stroller, stair gate, booster seat, highchair, bathroom stool, electrical socket blanks, pool safety fence, waterproof mattress covers. One set is provided free of charge. If you require additional items they can be hired through our management company at a small charge. WaterSong Resort is a gated community, set in a peaceful location surrounded by rolling woodland and water conservation areas. On-site facilities at include an elaborate, spacious 6,700sq.ft clubhouse encompassing a cyber café, for all your internet needs, a fitness centre and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun! Enjoy the large heated pool and spa, picnic area, children’s playground, basketball and volleyball courts. All these facilities are available for you to enjoy at no extra charge.

Accessibility
The villa is set over two stories with the ground floor being open-plan. Two master bedrooms, both en-suite, are located on the ground floor. Please note there is a small step to the front and rear entrances, there are also small steps/lips to the walk in shower areas.
Outside
Our villa features a fabulous private, south facing, heated pool with Jacuzzi/Spa. At 30x15ft this pool is much larger than the norm; great for all day fun in the sun. The deck area is also extra large, providing lots of outdoor space. There is a covered lanai providing comfortable shade, here we have provided luxury pool furniture; table with 6 chairs for alfresco dining and 4 loungers for lazing by the pool. There is also a pool bathroom and outdoor shower. With safety in mind, the pool is fitted with a removable child safety fence. There is even a selection of pool toys. The pool and deck areas are screened for your comfort and fitted with opaque Florida glass, to waist height, providing extra privacy.
Coast/Beach
WaterSong offers the best of all worlds; located just 10 minutes from the Interstate 4, even the glorious beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts are just over an hour away. Go East and you will find Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island and Kennedy Space Centre (about 90 minutes drive). Go West you will find Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete's (about 70 minutes drive).
Golf
If golf is your passion then this is the place for you! Renting our holiday villa will give you access to more than 60 golf courses, all within a short drive. The best course, within a 10 minute drive, is Reunion at Champions Gate, where the ladies PGA tournament is held each March/April. There are also Ginn, Celebration, Southern Dunes to name but a few. The latest addition is Providence which is just half a mile from the villa and offerd discounts for WaterSong guests. Not only will you discover great golf courses, but you will find excellent instructors and competitively priced golfing goods in many of the outlets in the area.
Travel
The local International Airports are: Orlando International Airport - 30 minutes; Sanford Airport - 45 minutes. Both offer direct motorway access with very easy routes to the villa. Full directions to the villa are provided with the guest information pack. Car hire is recommended whilst staying at our villa.

Disney from 15 minutes, SeaWorld 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes, Orlando International Airport 30 minutes, Sanford Airport 45 minutes, Tampa 60 minutes, Kennedy Space Centre 60 minutes, Busch Gardens 60 minutes, Gulf Coast 60 minutes, Mall at Millennia 25 minutes,
Florida Mall 25 minutes. You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities; petrol station, bank, and supermarkets. Dining, shopping and entertainment are conveniently close too.
Booking notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 (US$200) per rental week is required within 7 days to secure the booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 (US$400) refundable security deposit is also required with the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded after your departure, pending an inspection by the management company, confirming there are no losses/damages and the key has been returned.
