Utility Room: Utility cupboard is located upstairs in main hall containing top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, washing basket, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment.
Living Rooms: Lounge is furnished to a high luxurious standard, with flat screen TV connected to cable channel, DVD player, CD player/radio. Two large two-seater loungers, coffee table. Telephone (free local calls). Ideal for relaxing.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
We provide bath, hand towels and wash cloths, but not beach towels. All linen and towels are provided free of charge and our home is professionally cleaned after each use. Any additional cleaning can be arranged with management company.

 

Notes on accommodation
Our home complies fully with Florida legislation and is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Air conditioning (reversible in winter) with additional fans in every room. Ample parking at front door. Small south facing patio, with 2 person patio set to rear, screened for privacy. Compass Bay site also has a children's play area. All communal areas are maintained to a very high standard. Management company just a phone call away should you require assistance during your stay. Our home would suit couples and families. Cot and high chair available (additional charge). A grocery pack is available if required on arrival (extra charge).

Accessibility
The ground floor bedroom (twin) and bathroom is ideal for those not wanting to use the stairs or have mobility problems.

Outside
A small patio area is accessed through the patio doors in the kitchen. Compass Bay has a large heated swimming pool and Cabana, for the exclusive use (key required), plentiful supply of sunbeds and parasols. There is a childrens play area with play equipment. There is generous parking outside each home. The gardens are maintained to a very high standard.

Coast/Beach
Clearwater is one of the closest coastal beaches (1½ hours), take the I4 West. This is a huge white sandy beach. Dolphin watching trips/cruises are available from the harbour. The I4 East takes you to Daytona and Cape Canaveral. It is possible to drive on certain parts of the beach at Daytona but be careful.

Golf
Compass Bay is ideally located for the many golf clubs. Kissimmee Golf club is approx 3 miles away and boasts a championship course. There are other excellent courses -Kissimmee Bay Country Club, Celebration Golf Course and 5 Walt Disney World Courses to mention but a few. Plenty of variety even for the most avid golfer to enjoy.

A deposit of £100/$200 will be required to secure a booking. Full payment is due 7 weeks prior to your arrival date. Credit card payments accepted through our management company in Florida - there is a charge for this service. A refundable security deposit of £150/$300 required for each booking.
