The property has a central Florida location making it ideal for days at the beach, either Atlantic or Gulf coast.

Changeover day
The property must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure. If you need to stay later this can be arranged prior to your departure, for a fee.

Accessibility
As the property is on one floor there are no steps & would be suitable for people with mobility problems. The driveway leads straight into the house & again there are no steps.
Outside
The swimming pool is of a decent size, as is the spa.
The pool deck offers reasonable sized space outdoors and also has a detachable fence around the pool for added safety.
The heating of the pool can be requested in advance at an additional cost of £50 per week.
Outdoor furniture includes: table, four chairs & two loungers.
Coast/Beach
The Vizcay development has central Florida location making it halfway between the Gulf and the Atlantic coast.
The Gulf coast (warmer seas) - St Petersburg (2hrs) and Fort Myers, Naples (3rhs)
Atlantic (great for surfing) - Cocoa Beach (1.5hrs), Daytona (2hrs)
Golf
There are numerous golf courses nearby. The two closest championship ones are Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate.
Travel
Car hire is essential.
Orlando airport - 30/40 mins
Sanford airport - 50/60 mins
Tampa - 1hr
Miami - 3hrs
Distances
All Disney attractions are just 15 minutes away.
Universal & Seaworld 25/30 minutes away.
Kennedy Space Centre is approx 2hrs drive away.

A Publix and a new Walmart are both 5 minutes drive away from the property on the US27, along with various local shops, eateries & off-licences.
Booking notes
A £150 deposit is required, with the final balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
A £100 security deposit is also required which will be refunded to you within 2wks of your return once the property has been inspected by our management company.
