Our brand new luxury villa is situated just off the US27 at Davenport. Bridgeford Crossing is a brand new gated community and development. which boasts a clubhouse, with gym, sauna, theatre, games room, internet access, tennis courts and swimming pool, great place for meeting friends. With over 3200sq.ft of living space, this is a fantastic and beautiful house for the whole family to share. Bags of rooms for all ages. We have made every inch inviting, every whim is catered for and you will have the vacation of a life time in our home at Bridgeford Crossing. We extend a very warm welcome to all our guests and believe your stay in our home will be second to none and you will want to come back year after year. Prices are shown per week in UK pounds.
Pool heat, if required is £15 per day. There is no minimum stay but under 5 nights there is a £75 supplement. Ask about discounts for 3 weeks or more. This is a very spacious 6 bedroom villa that 3 familys can easily share.
Changeover day
Normal check-in time 4pm. Normal check-out time 10am. If you need an extension on these times, they must be requested at time of booking. We will accommodate a request if at all possible.

Notes on accommodation
This is a great house for kids, lots of space, themed bedrooms, PS2 with a selections of games, DVD/TV combi in bedrooms, heaps of baby equipment, including cot, highchair, stroller, baby monitor, bedding, linen, towels/wraps. Feeding set, all free of charge. Baby safety netting across pool (removable). There is also a selection of board games and DVD games for the whole family. We have an excellent management co. On hand 24/7. Cable TV, 50" HDTV flat screen in family room, with DVD/video, free internet access, CD/radio player, flat screen HD ready TV and DVD in all bedrooms too. Free international, national and local telephone. Our lovely villa is fully air-conditioned/heated, situated on a brand new gated community which boasts a 30 seated cinema, gym, sauna, games room, internet access, tennis courts and communal pool, a great place to meet friends. All this and only 10 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando international airport - home from home.

Accessibility
With a master bedroom with spacious en-suite and a twin bedroom along with separate bathroom and the ground floor. Our villa is accessibility friendly with and has very spacious ground floor. My own mother uses a wheelchair and we had no problems. There is a small threshold step to the front door and patio doors.
Outside
The all day sunshine, full screened, south facing patio/lanai, pool and spa boast an extended decking, sun loungers, patio table and chairs, and recliners, BBQ, 2 ceiling fans, outdoor lights, electrical points and spa controls. Great for dining alfresco on those warm Florida evenings. Your private pool is approx 30' x 12' and can be heated for a small extra charge (recommended October - May) The Spa/Jacuzzi is big enough for up to 5 adults. Well maintained lawn surrounds the property. Front garden professionally designed with Florida shrubs, plants and flowers. Two car parking on driveway. The villa is fully alarmed for your safety, It is recommended that you use this while you are out.
Coast/Beach
Bridgeford Crossing at Davenport is mid way between the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts. You will find it hard to choose which to visit so why not spend a day at each, both about an hours drive to Daytona Beach on the East Coast or Clearwater on the Gulf Coast. Why not enjoy the beach and watch the Space Shuttle Launch at Titusville, up and coming launches for 2008, 31 May, 3 June, 30 June, 28 August, 11 September, 16 October, 24 November and 4 December. A once in a lifetime spectacular, Don't miss it!
Golf
Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world. With many golf courses nearby, you will be spoilt for choice. Highland Reserve and Champions Gate are just two of the championship courses in the area.

Booking notes
Deposit £150 per week.
Final balance 10 weeks before arrival date.
Security deposit £200. This will be refunded to you within 30 days of your departure date and after our Management Co has inspected and cleaned the Villa.
