Beautiful, brand new, 5 bedroom villa on a lovely quiet lane in the Port Charlotte area of SouthWest Florida. The villa has been built to a very high specification and is certainly impressive. The sun rises at the front of the property and from 10am until dusk casts its rays directly over the garden, patio and pool area....fantastic! The rear of the property is surrounded by trees and therefore completely private and secluded. The wonderful and peaceful beaches of Englewood are a short 15 minute drive from the villa and a Publix supermarket is conveniently located 4 minutes from the property, along with a Chinese and Pizza takeaways. We love... exploring the quiet beaches of Englewood...people watching from quaint street cafes in Venice...collecting the most amazing shells and hobnobbing on the beautiful beaches of Gasparilla, Sanibel and Captiva Islands...teeing off from any of the 20 local golf courses....a day trip to Walt Disney World....endless shopping...

Changeover day
Arrival time is normally from 16:00 hours onwards and departure is normally before 11:00. This can be flexible depending on other arrivals/departures and to give sufficient time to prepare the villa for you or the next guests.

| Utility Room: | A separate utility room houses the washing machine, dryer and iron. The double garage can be accessed from here. There are also some pool toys and blow up animals in the garage for guest use. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area is large and opens out to the pool and patio area. Cable TV, DVD player and internet access are also provided. There is a luxury formal dining area as well as a separate breakfast dining area overlooking the pool and patio. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Clean towels and bedlinen are provided. The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to your visit but any subsequent cleaning is at an extra cost. There is a washing machine and dryer provided for guest use during their stay. |

Being a single-story villa those with walking and mobility problems will find the property most suitable.
Outside
The villa's third Jacuzzi is situated next to the fabulous 25 foot solar heated pool. Patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are all provided for your stay. The pool also has a removable child safe fence.
The pool is solar heated but you can have the spa/jacuzzi by the pool electrically heated at a small cost of £45.00/$90.00 per week.
Coast/Beach
The local 'sugar sand' beaches of Englewood are a short 15 minute drive from the villa. Remember this area is the shelling capital of the States. Thousands of unusual shells of all sizes and colours find their way to these beaches as well as rare Shark's Teeth. The wonderful beaches of upmarket Venice, unspoiled Gasparilla Island and exclusive Sanibel and Captiva Islands are all within easy reach.

There are 20 golf courses within 20 miles of the villa, including 3 Championship courses! The courses welcome children over the age of 8 years and are happy to provide all of the necessary equipment.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required on booking. The remaining 80% is required 90 days before arrival date. In addition, a further £200.00/$400.00 will be required as Security Deposit. This is fully refundable once the villa is checked by our management company for any damage, etc. We endeavour to return your deposit within a week of you departing. We have UK and US bank accounts and therefore accept payment in UK Sterling or US Dollars by Bank Transfer or by Personal Cheque.
