Villa is light and spacious, with new master bedroom suite (2009), and new lounge suite and 40" TV in 2010. Two bedrooms have en-suite facilities, one with direct access to patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a laundry room with large washer and drying machines, ironing facilities. Secure safe provided off one of the two master bedrooms. The large (25 ft) secluded pool, overlooks peaceful conservation land, and the villa occupies a corner plot for extra privacy. Nearby shops include pharmacies, large Publix supermarkets, health and beauty salons, post office, restaurants: Chinese, pizzeria, Italian and creperie. The villa is just five minutes from J 58 of the Interstate 4, with easy connections to Orlando, Tampa, Sanford and all theme parks. Highway 192 is approximately 9 minutes drive from the villa and provides an endless variety of restaurants and shops. You won't a more central, accessible location for a wonderful and full vacation!

Changeover day
Changeover dates are flexible to fit with our guests' preferred arrangements. Arrival after 4pm and departure by 11am is requested. Late departures may be possible - please ask.

Notes on accommodation
Child safety barrier surrounding the pool for child safety. Cots and high chair may be hired if required. Pool heating is not supplied, but can be arranged for in advance of a rental. There is a safe for the use of our guests.

Accessibility
The villa is laid out on one level internally. There is a single step up into the house. There is a small door frame to step over in order to reach the patio and pool area (approximately three inches in height).

Outside
The villa is on a corner plot with good open space (grassed) to the left of the property. The pool is 25' x 12', is straight, with steps leading down into the shallow end. The pool is solely for the use of our guests and overlooks peaceful, secluded conservation land. Pool heating can be arranged if required. We also have underwater pool lighting for swimming in the evenings. We have a sun deck and covered patio area with table and four chairs, plus three cushioned sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
Tampa is 1 hour easy drive away. Clearwater and St Petersberg with their wonderful beaches and warm water, ar 1.5 hours away.

Golf
Champions Gate golf complex, with 3 courses (designed by Greg Norman) are just 5 minutes down the road (check out our web link). Guests are spoilt for choice with numerous championship level courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa.

Travel
Orlando Internatinal Airport is approximately 35 minutes drive away. Airport at Sanford (north Orlando), and Tampa (on the coast) are approximately 1.5 hours drive from the villa.

Distances
Shops and restaurants are five minutes away from the villa, with many many more just ten minutes away on Highway 192, which also abounds with shopping opportunities. The Interstate 4 ist just vive minutes drive, with excellent connections to Universal Studios 35 minutes, Sea World and Discovery Cove 20 minutes, Tampa 1.5 hours, Disney World Magic Kingdom 15-20 minutes.

Further details
Five minutes away are: pharmacies, supermarket, family restaurants (Italian, pizzeria, Chinese), Blockbuster video, post office, cash machines.

About the owner
We are Glenn and Stevie (Stephanie!) Marrett, and live just twenty minutes from Central London in the UK. We have three children, two girls and a boy, and have spent as much time as we could afford over the last 22 years, visiting Orlando - and particularly DisneyWorld! Our kids have been very privileged to be able to spend so much of their childhood in this magical part of the world, and it was inevitable that as soon as we could that we would purchase our own property out there - five people in one bedroom at any resort hotel is too many! It was particularly wonderful for my husband and I when our eldest daughter married her man in the wedding pavilion at Walt Disney World two years ago, with us setting off to the chapel from our own home in Davenport!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We chose TCR (out of literally hundreds of available homes), for many reasons: It feels very safe coming into our secure, gated development with only 94 villas in total. Proximity to DisneyWorld (10 minutes max). Proximity to supermarkets, pharmacies (3 minutes), restaurants (huge choice, between 5 and 10 minutes). Championship golf courses just down our road. Proximity to the I 4 (the main Interstate road running through Florida), with its connections to airports, beaches, the Everglades, Florida Keys, etc. Proximity to the US 192, the second largest road after the I 4, which runs at right angles to the I 4 and is one very long road filled with restaurants, dinner entertainment shows and mini golf courses! Its proximity to Sea World (25 minutes) and Universal Studios (35 minutes).

Unique benefits of the property
When we had decided to buy in TCR, we chose a corner villa and a conservation outlook rather than a lake view for the total privacy this provides. Thus we have the best of both worlds - as much activity as we could wish for during our "out and about" times, with every possible amenity just a very short drive away, but blissful peace and quiet when we return home for a swim in our lovely private pool. We have tried very hard to make our "holiday villa" into our home, changing the carpets throughout, installing a lovely new master bedroom suite, providing digital televisions in 3 of the 5 beds and a 40" TV in the living area (2010) and trying to ensure nothing is forgotten in order to allow our guests a wonderful - and memorable -vacation. We always encourage guest feedback.
