The villa is set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, 5 minutes drive from the beach. The west-facing rear terrace and pool overlook a wide waterway which connects to the Gulf and in which it is possible to watch dolphins and manatees, and to fish from the dock. Access to the island is via either of two high level bridges.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover days and duration of stay (minimum 7 days). Arrival time 4.00pm, departure time 10.00am unless by arrangement if this is possible.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted, including dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer (with ice maker and chilled water dispenser) and microwave, as well as all the usual small appliances, including a teapot. |

| Living Rooms: | Living area with panoramic view over the pool and waterway and 12ft wide patio doors onto the pool deck. Breakfast/family room with TV, CD player and Radio. Formal dining area seats six. |

All towels and linen provided (including beach towels). The villa is cleaned before and after each rental. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a small charge. |

Outside
Garden planted with palms, hibiscus and other tropical shrubs, 32ft private electrically and solar heated swimming pool on the 1,750 sq. ft deck which is partly covered. Patio chairs, table and loungers and overhead lighting and ceiling fans.
60 ft boat dock with facilities for fishing as well as Gulf access for boating enthusiasts.
Coast/Beach
Marco Island's crescent beach is 4 miles long and completely open to the public. Ample car parking is available within a 5 minutes drive. Refreshments are usually available at the Tigertail beach at the Northern end of the island, as well as a childrens' play area and nature/conservation display.
Golf
There are several public and private golf courses, both on and within a short drive of the island. Further details can be provided on request in advance of your vacation.
Travel
Miami airport 2 hours.
Fort Myers airport less than an hour.
Car hire is essential, normally collected from the airport, although car hire is available on the island, together with limo service from the airports. Details available on request.
Distances
The nearest large city is Naples (15 miles), with designer shops, malls, restaurants and the Old Town.
Everglades City (20 miles) represents old Florida, with a museum, Everglades activities such as fishing, sailing and airboat rides.

Marco Island, largest of Florida's 10,000 islands, with 3 miles of sandy beaches overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is about 4 miles long, reached by 2 bridges and is a maze of tidal waterways. Apart from the year round tropical sunshine, there are ample facilities for tennis and golf, boating and fishing, dining out and shopping as well as the nearby Everglades National Park.
The many restaurants range from fine dining to casual.
The local cinema offers the latest films whilst serving food and drinks whilst you watch the films.
Booking notes
Full payment is due not less than 28 days before departure. key to the villa will be sent at least 14 days before departure. In addition, a refundable security deposit is required at time of booking, which will be returned within four weeks of your return, less the cost of any excessive damage or substantial telephone charges.
