The swimming pool area has a safety fence which can be used to screen the area away from children. The villa has all modern facilities and a 24 hour emergency management company. Sandy Ridge is an exclusive community within a conservation area, lakes and forest area surrounds this area. Located close to I-4 it is within easy reach of Disney 10-15 minutes and the main attractions in Orlando. Champions Gate Golf Course and shops are only 5 minutes away.

Changeover day
Rental will commence at 4pm on day of arrival and on your day of departure the villa should be vacated by 10am.

Accessibility
This villa is a single storey building with large doorways and smooth floors which is ideal for the less mobile and children. Modern safety features make this an ideal family vacation home.
Outside
The rear swimming pool area is enclosed making it private and safe. The pool is 24ft and also contains a jacuzzi which can be heated (optional) if required. Sun loungers, chairs and tables enable this area to be used as an extension to the home. A BBQ enables outside dining. The garden has sun all day and has shaded areas if required. There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the property.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are within easy access of this villa, the nearest being Daytona Beach approx 1 hour’s drive, St Augustine and Sarasota 2 hours drive, Fort Lauderdale 3 hours drive, Naples/Marco Island 4 hours drive and Miami and SOuth Beach 4 hours drive.
Golf
Reunion Resort USPGA standard Golf course is 2 mins drive and Champions Gate golf course is 5 mins drive.
Travel
Orlando International airport (MCO) is approximately 25 minutes away.
Distances
A car is recommended. I4 and US27 are a few minutes away which give you easy access to all areas. Nearby shops and restaurants are within a few minutes drive. Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom) is 10-15 minutes drive. Seaworld, Gatorland, Premium Outlets, Universal Studios is 20-30 minutes drive.

Booking notes
A reservation can be made by either telephone or email and must be confirmed with a £100 non-refundable deposit and a completed booking form. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. If you are booking within 8 weeks then full payment is required. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required to cover any damage, loss or breakage. Pool heating is £12 per day and should be paid when balance is due.
