From the moment you step through the entrance you experience a sense of space with it’s vaulted ceiling and enclosed staircase. The ground floor offers spacious living comprising of lounge, kitchen and separate dining area plus 2 master bedrooms, both with full en-suite and large amounts of storage space. The first floor offers 3 further bedrooms. One double with full en-suite and 2 twin rooms sharing a full bathroom, added to that a lounge area with TV and VCR for separate entertainment. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is equipped with large TV, VCR and sound surround in the lounge plus further TV and audio equipment around the house. The villa also comes equipped with washer and drier, all cooking and drinks making facilities, Satellite TV and wireless broadband and is fully alarmed. Linen, towels and beach towels are also provided.

Accessibility
The villa has 2 downstairs bedrooms with walk in shower enclosures which would make it suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Outside is an over-sized pool (approx 30 x 15 feet) with ample seating including sun loungers, tables and chairs. Pool towels are provided. The community area includes child's swing, sand pit, parking, tennis courts, garden terrace with garden chairs and beach chairs. There is also a communal pool on site. Villa pool heating if required, can be purchased at a cost of £50 per week (recommended between November and March).
Coast/Beach
It really is a great vacation location offering all the thrills of Orlando and a relaxing and welcoming holiday home. Space Centre, Cocoa Beach, (great for surfing) 1.5 hours drive east. Busch Gardens 1 hours drive Gulf Coast St. Pete's Beach, Clearwater etc 1.5 hours drive west Daytona - 1.5 hours drive east.
Golf
Across the road is the Highlands Reserve 18 hole championship golf course. This is not your typical Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship designed course gives you pine tree-lined fairways, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses. Conveniently located just five minutes from the villa, Highlands Reserve Golf Club is a real Florida favorite. It has a 120 foot elevation change on the site. The club house is 2 minutes away and there are many other prime golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

Booking notes
£100 per week is required on booking. This is non refundable if you choose to cancel for any reason. The balance is due 2 months prior to departure with an additional £150 security deposit. The security deposit is for damage due to miss use - not normal wear and tear. The security deposit will be returned in full once the villa has been completely checked, usually within 2 weeks of your return. If you require pool heating (usually between Oct - Apr) there is a charge of £50 per week.
