Windsor Park is a well established, upscale, gated villa development, part of the highly regarded Remington golfing area. This very tranquil, relaxed golfing community is located approximately 40 minutes from Universal Studios and around a 20 minute drive to the Disney theme parks. The full Remington area covers just under 750 acres and consists of several residential communities, all are immaculately maintained with lush landscaping and tree lined boulevards. The villas are well placed for both the Remington and Kissimmee Bay golf courses and also for fishing and water sports on East Lake Toho. The back of the villa overlooks a pond where our guests can view ducks swimming around in the pond while getting the full sunshine.

For booking, please phone or e-mail. For reservation, we require 20% of rental. Security deposit of £200 required 6 weeks before holiday dates, paid at the time of booking. Deposit will be held.

Changeover day
There is flexibility in our changeover days to help you in booking your flights. Arrival time after 4pm and departure time before 10am.

Outside
The fully screened and private 14 x 28 foot pool (with optional heating). The pool has a removable safety fence for added protection for young infants, and all doors leading on to the deck area have additional safety locks and alarms.
Coast/Beach
It is a 45 min drive to the Atlantic coast in the east and a 90 min drive to the gulf coast in the west.
Golf
The villa is situated within the golfing community of Remington, one of the finest golfing and recreation communities in Central Florida. The Clifton, Ezell & Clifton Championship Golf Course, with its undulating fairways and sparkling water views, was nominated as the “Best New Golf Course in Florida”.
Travel
The villa is closest to Orlando International airport but can also be reached easily from Sanford and Tampa airports. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Just a few minutes drive away from the shops, supermarkets and restaurants along highway 192 and only 15 minutes drive from Orlando International airport. Near all the major attractions and about 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
Close to 192 with all it's shops and restaurants. Coast and Kennedy Space Center a 45 min drive away.
