Coral Cay is in a village setting on a country road under a mile from the vibrant 192 road. The 192 is one of the roads in the Orlando area with the greatest number of restaurants and facilities. This is one of the roads that lead to Disney world. The estate is in an area of woodland and orange groves. Our house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a games room, and has a screened patio at the back with a hot tub spa. The houses are on both sides of a peripheral road. In the center of the estate is a lake with a fountain in the middle and an open area of grass all around it. An exercise track with workout stations goes all around the complex. We have tot's lots with slides and climbing frames and a paddling pool for the very young, a swimming pool and a mini cinema for the older ones and a comfortable lounge in the clubhouse. With its close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and other entertainment, this is an ideal holiday spot.

Prices are for the property per week in US Dollars.
The price includes electricity and water but excludes taxes. Minimum stay 7 nights The end of stay cleaning charge is included. Should your stay include different rates pleas use the addition of the nightly rate. Our preferred payment method is PayPal.
To reserve this property we will need a 20% deposit. The balance is payable 2 months before your date of arrival. A refundable security deposit or credit card will be required on arrival.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with king size bed en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe. Ground floor bedroom with queen size bed and adjacent bathroom. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. There is a double futon in the games room, there is also a sofa bed in the great room. |
| Bathrooms: | There are three bathrooms, all are equipped with bath with shower over, a vanity unit with a wash basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The open-plan kitchen contains: double sink, 4 ring cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, electric can opener, place settings for 12, knife block set, pots, pans and, dish towels. |
| Utility Room: | There is a utility cupboard with a top loading washing machine and tumble dryer. An ironing board and iron is provided. You will also find all the cleaning equipment that you may need including a vacuum cleaner. There is also a hairdryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The great room contains a sofa and two easy chairs, a coffee table, 27" TV, DVD/CD player. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and 3 extra stools for the breakfast bar. There is also a table and 4 chairs on the patio. |
| Other: | There is a games room with a football table, a PlayStation, 27" TV, DVD player, board games and futon. DVDs and PlayStation games are available free of charge from receptoin. We also leave some CDs, DVDs and books in the house For the use of clients. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are supplied but not beach towels. The house is cleaned on exit. The washing machine and drier are very efficient and easy to use should you want clean towels. Maid service is available at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is fully air-conditioned, reversible in winter and is ideal for families with children. There is also a down stair bedroom and bathroom should anyone in your party not like stairs. The doors are wide enough for wheelchair access and there are no steps on the ground floor. Upstairs there are a double bedroom with a kingsize bed with an en-suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe, a twin room and a games room/double bedroom. There is a free internet connection Free phone calls to the whole of the United States and cable TV giving a great many channels.

Accessibility
All the doors are 3' wide. The downstairs bedroom is quite spacious sufficient space for a wheelchair on both sides of the bed and there is a downstairs bathroom. There is a smooth concrete path that goes all around the estate.
Outside
At the front of the house there is parking space for 2 cars on the block paved drive. On the back screened patio is a hot-tub. The houses on Coral Cay are arranged on both sides of the perimeter road. Our house is on the inside of this road and backs onto the central lake. Between the houses and the lake is an open area of grass ideal for children to play on. The whole of the inside of the estate can be seen from the patio where the spa is sited. There is an exercise track that runs all around the complex with work out stations. You have the use of a sand volley ball pitch, a small soccer field and 2 kiddies play parks. The club house area has a swimming pool, a kiddies pool and a spa. Inside the club house there is a games room with pin-ball type games, a pool table, Dynamo Hockey table, a mini cinema with reclining chairs and a residents lounge.
Coast/Beach
One of the closest beaches is Clearwater, this is on the Coast of Mexico. The beach is huge and of fine white sand. From the harbour you can get a cruse on a pirate ship or go out into the bay to go dolphin watching. To get there take the I-4 going west. Allow about one and a half hours driving time. Go east on the I-4 to get to Daytona and Cape Canaveral or east on the 192 to get to Palm Beach, all these are on the Atlantic Coast.
Golf
Lots of golf courses within a half hours drive including some championship courses.
Special interest holidays
Coral Cay is just minutes from Disney World so Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Downtown Disney is just a short car drive away. Turn left out of the estate and you will come to the 192 road. In front of you you will see Walmart and this will supply all your grocery needs, clothes, books, DVDs, cheap watches, you name it. Turn left along the 192 you will come to Boggy Creek Airboat Rides, Restaurants, even a pub serving fish and chips! Turn right and a few hundred yards on the left is Medieval Knights where you can watch the jousting and enjoy a medieval dinner, a little further on you can go on helicopter rides, find the Publix Supermarket, a Flea Market, loads of shops and Restaurants of all descriptions, Kissimmee Old Town and of course Disney World. Turn right onto the I-4 highway to get to Sea World, Universal Studios. I could go on but there are so many things that the only way to choose is to pick up the guide books and leaflets that are available from reception.
Travel
We recommend using a car if you stay at Coral Cay. Orlando International Airport is 20 - 30 minutes drive away, if you use Sanford please allow an extra 20 minutes.

Walmarts 1 mile. Publix Supermarket 1.25 miles. Disney World 6 miles.
Further details
Florida is a State with many lakes, a lot of woodland, orange groves, palm trees and wildlife. It is a green and sunny place and of course the entertainments are second to none. It is a holiday destination that has something to offer to everyone. It is ideal for extended families and three generations are not unusual. If any one in your party has disabilities, not to worry, there always electric wheel chairs at the parks to help you get around. Driving is easy and car hire need not be expensive. I have hired a Cadillac for three weeks for just £400 (and that's a pretty big car) and petrol is a lot less than England. One or two tips, there are no roundabouts, to change direction on the dual carriageways ease across to the left hand side and do a U turn. Make sure that it is not a place where U turns are forbidden. On the major roads there is no fast lane so choose a lane that suits and stay in it but should you wish to change lanes be aware that other cars and lorries will be overtaking you on both sides. Stop at stop signs, just slowing down is not allowed. You can turn right at a red light but be very careful that the road is clear. If you are following a school bus that stops a stop sign will stick out of the side - do not pass it!

Hi graham, Thanks for renting me your home. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Cay-Resort was comfortable, had all the amenities, very quiet and private. We enjoyed cooking in comfortable kitchen.Also enjoyed the hot tub after a day at the theme parks. It was easy to find the estate and the house. It was very accessible to other area close by.The only disappointment was the cable TV was not working. I will recommend this resort home to my friends.
Yogesh Desai. The cable TV system has now been sorted out and is now far better than it used to be. The high speed internet connection is free as are the national calls to the whole of America.
