| Bathrooms: | Bathrooms x 5 and a half bathroom. Two deliciously-elegant King size suites – each with own bath. 1 x master suite is upstairs with double sinks and sunken bath tub. |
| Kitchen: | Full kitchen fully equipped for 30 people with dishes etc, all things needed for cooking; utensils provided, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and ice-maker. |

A designated ‘kid zone’ sign separates it from the Queen bedroom down the hall.

Outside
Outside the main level, there is a wonderful deck where you, friends and family can enjoy the afternoon sun in the hot tub or BBQ or the quiet evening glow of the patio fire pit as the sun sets.
Skiing
In the winter you will walk about one block to the Burro Trail that will take you to the Lower Lehman run. To ski back you must be an intermediate skier and lift up to peak 10 and ski back to Burro Trail.
Or enjoy the snowboarding, cross country, snow shoeing, hiking, rock climbing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, swimming, tennis, racket ball, yoga, basketball, workouts, concerts, art shows, ice sculptures, and skating rink offered in town.
