Condo is completely furnished with all the amenities of home. It is located on a main thoroughfare, making it easy to visit many favorite places. Many famous beaches are easily accessible. New shopping malls are only minutes away. RSW is only minutes away. There are several golf courses within 5-10 minutes of the location, including a golf course next to the community, golf clubs are available upon request. This quiet serene area is great for walking, riding bike, or just relaxing on the lanai or next to the large pool.

Changeover day
Departures are 10:00am. Arrivals are 3:00pm. We will work with times if necessary.

| Living Rooms: | Living room has Sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, entertainment stand with 27" Cable TV, DVD player, Portable CD player, ceiling fan and lamps. Dining room has table and four chairs with wine racks. |

Towels and linens are provided. One week stays do not require a cleaning fee. Extended stays, beyond one week, cleaning fees are $50 per week or can waived by tenant if they wish to maintain property. |

RSW International Airport 2 miles. Car is recommended there are many sites to see and places to enjoy. They are far to numerous to list.

There are so many places of interest that it is hard to list them all. If the guests/renter gives us information as to what their interests are, we will provide as much information as possible to make their visit here to Southwest Florida very enjoyable. Beaches...you can go to a different beach every day, as well as golfing... there are many golf courses that are very challenging for all golfers.
We are very much ready and willing to provide as much detail about your interests, just let us know and we would be happy to help!
Booking notes
A refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve the dates. Full payment is expected 45 days in advance of arrival. Cancellations must be made 45 days prior to arrival date.
