Our family Florida townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 doubles with en-suite and two twins. There is a bed settee in the lounge, enabling the house to sleep up to 10. The downstairs double bedroom can be used separately with its own lockable front door, enabling total privacy. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The Resort of Regal Palms is a walled and gated community about 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. For the golfers there is a superb 18 hole par 72 championship course at Highland Reserve adjacent to Regal Palms. There are lots for the family to do on the Resort, including a large tropical pool area with lazy river and water slide; you can relax on the sun loungers around the pool. There is a bar and restaurant (serving local and English beer, games room, gym, spa and beauty complex, business centre with internet access and 2 floodlit tennis courts. There is a well stock supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. 24 hour check-in is available.

Notes on accommodation
There are loads of site amenities, a fantastic tropical pool area with lazy river and water slide, kids love it. Always a great atmosphere at pool, bar and restaurant. There is super games room, gymnasium, and spa and beauty complex. There is also a business centre with internet access. Those who like sport, there are two floodlit tennis courts, plus the challenging championship par 72 golf course.
There is a large supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. 24 hour check in is available. Guests are asked to vacate their holiday homes by 10am.

Coast/Beach
Being situated on the west side of Orlando has the added advantage that the Gulf coast beaches of St. Petes and Clearwater are only a 90 minute drive away. Cocoa beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are under 90 minutes away.
Golf
Regal Palms at Highland Reserve, has the challenging championship 18 hole par 72 golf course, designed by Mike Dasher. With it's fabulous greens and long undulating fairways, ideal for novice to pro.
Travel
Orlando International Airport - 35 minutes.
Sandford Airport - 65 minutes.
Distances
Publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, banks shops are a short walk or 1 minute drive away. A Super-Wal-Mart is only a 5 minute drive (only 1 of 3 in Orlando). A vast array of restaurants are situated along US192 (10-20 minutes). Disney is a 15 min drive, Sea World 20 mins, I-Drive 25 mins, Universal 30 mins, Busch Gardens 60 mins, Gulf coast beaches 90 minutes.

Booking notes
20% deposit at time of confirmation, balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment by cheque/bankers draft/transfer (Pounds, Euros or USD), credit card or PayPal. Regal Palms Resort charge $10 per night (NOT per person) resort fee, this allows unlimited use of the resort facilities including the Disney shuttle bus but excludes spa and beauty treatments. The resort fee is paid directly to the resort at check-in.
