Long Marsh Golf Course is 5 minutes away and there are over 20 other courses within half an hours drive. Within a 10 minute drive is the shopping mall at Port Charlotte and a number of outstanding restaurants. The large open plan living area consists of lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The villa is 1.5 hours from Tampa Airport, 2 hours from Orlando, 1.5 hours from Busch Gardens and 2 hours to Miami and the Atlantic Coast.

1.5 hours from Tampa Airport and 1 hour from Fort Myers.
A car is essential.
