This beautiful 4 bedroom home is a tranquil base for a perfect Florida holiday. The 3000 sq ft villa is furnished to a high standard with everything provided for your stay. We are only 15 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, semi-tropical islands and outstanding beaches. Long Marsh Golf Course is 5 minutes away and there are over 20 other courses within half an hours drive. Within a 10 minute drive is the shopping mall at Port Charlotte and a number of outstanding restaurants. The large open plan living area consists of lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The villa is 1.5 hours from Tampa Airport, 2 hours from Orlando, 1.5 hours from Busch Gardens and 2 hours to Miami and the Atlantic Coast.

Long Marsh Golf Course. 18 hole championship standard with many water features. Other courses on Rotonda include Hills, Palms and Pinemoor. Within a short drive are Riverwood, Lemon Bay, Herons Creek, Bobcat Trail and Myakka Pines. Many other courses within half an hours drive.

1.5 hours from Tampa Airport and 1 hour from Fort Myers.
