We are at the 'world's best beach' (Siesta Key Public Beach) with cool white powdery sand. We are near numerous golf courses and major shopping areas. Sarasota is 10 minutes away with all the arts (galleries, live theater, music, etc) and ethnic foods you could possibly desire. Siesta Key Village with its quaint shops and eateries is a short walk away. Tampa International Airport is 1.75 hours away and Sarasota International Airport is 20 minutes away. Each condo has a dedicated covered parking space. We are a family orientated property. Free concierge service for your last minute entertainment needs!

Changeover day
Saturday is the changeover day from 1 January - 30 April, days are flexible other times of the year.

We are 100 feet from the sand of Siesta Key Beach with daytime lifeguards. The sand is cool and the view is stunning!

Tampa International is 1.75 hours away and Sarasota International is 20 minutes away.

Siesta Key village is .5 mile away and Sarasota is 5 miles away.
Booking notes
A deposit of $300 US is required to book your dates and is credited against your total rent due. (Unlike other propertied, we do not hold your deposit after you depart.) Payment schedule is published with the rental agreement. 1 week minimum stay is required. Final price will include additions of cleaning ($60), insurance ($40), 12% sales tax and a small admin fee (5%).
End of summer special 4 weeks available only at $499.00/wk: 7/30, 8/13, 8/20 & 9/4 in 2011 only.

"After vacationing on Siesta Key for 20+ years we've finally found the perfect place! This condo has all the requirements for a wonderful get-away. It is beautifully decorated with updates galore (e.g. marble shower), kept in immaculate condition and everything you want is provided for a relaxing stay. The patio is wonderful for relaxing with a glass of wine, reading, or people watching. You also have a great view of the amazing sunsets, beach and water! You are just steps away from the beach with the best sand ever, literally like powdered sugar. The owners go out of their way to make your stay one of a kind! Never before have we been greeted with such hospitality! We'll return again and again. Thank you, owners for our best vacation ever! We will be back!"
