Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Discounts for 3 weeks or more are available. (Contact owner's for details). Additional charges apply for pool heating, which is recommended betweeen Oct & April.
Payment can be made by cheque or bankers draft.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The villa can be occupied from 4pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 11am of the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge and master bedroom. Plastic glasses and plates are provided for use round the pool area. Free International telephone calls. We have recently installed a high speed wireless internet access to enable you to log onto the internet through your laptop, this service is provided Free... so you can catch up on your emails...Our friendly local management company is on call to answer questions or offer assistance to ensure your holiday is a pleasant one.

The villa is on ground floor level only, making it accessible for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Our villa is on a quiet corner plot, with south facing swimming pool and spa (with optional heating). The whole pool is fully screened and has a removable child’s safety fence to keep little ones safe, with beautiful views over a grass retention area. We have a covered lanai with ceiling fan to keep cool whilst dining al fresco. The extended deck area with luxury pool furniture including 4 sun loungers, table and chairs are perfect for those wishing to stay at home and relax for the day. Landscaped garden, for extra privacy, making this a more private setting. The pool gets the sun all day with beautiful sunsets.
Coast/Beach
Clearwater beach approx 60 mins drive. Daytona Beach approx 60 min drive. St. Peterburg beach approx 60 mins drive.
Golf
The villa is situated within a golfer's paradise, There are approximately 100 golf courses within a hour's drive of the villa! The highly rated Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club is within 2-3 minutes drive and Champions Gate -Designed by Greg Norman - this golf course is 7 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
Florida has theme parks which suits all ages and are all within easy ready from the villa. Walt Disney World 15/20 mins approx. Sea World and Discovery Cove 25 mins approx. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure 30 mins approx. Tampa 45 mins approx. Gulf Coast Beaches 60 mins approx.
Travel
Orlando international airport is approx 30 mins drive away and Sandford airport being approx 1 hour drive away. Hiring a car is an essential part for travelling in Orlando. In our experience we have found is cheaper to book car hire on line in the UK before you leave. Alamo has always been a good bet.
Further details
There is a 24hr Wal-Mart superstore only 2 minutes drive away, together with numerous restaurants, fast food outlets, banks, and petrol stations. If you are into your footie there is a pub/restaurant 5 minutes drive away called 'The Pub' which features British football matches live on large TV screens. The area is also great for fishing and water sports with Polk County having 544 lakes!
Throughout the year there are many special events and festivals, details can be found from The Polk Outpost 27 visitors center, which is situated just south of juction 55 on highway 27 on the way to Tower Lake.
Lake Louisa National Park is situated approximately 15 miles north up Highway 27 providing Florida style hiking and stunning lakeside picnic area.
Booking notes
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £150 per week, with the balance payable ten weeks prior to departure. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks before departure the full payment is payable at the time of booking, along with the security deposit. A security deposit of £200 is required on completion of booking and is refundable 2 weeks after your return home. This is refundable upon a satisfactory status report from our Management Company.
