Outside
Relax outside after a hard days shopping, at the parks, or just take it easy at our large fully heated (optional) south facing screened pool (heating advisable during the winter month's - £80 per week) with our upgraded deeply padded loungers and chairs, if it gets too hot use our cabana shower too cool off or relax in the covered lanai area with ceiling fan.
Our lanai has a large table with large fully adjustable parasol for alfresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Cocoa beach is the closest at approx 45 minutes drive. Daytona & Clearwater beaches are approx 1 hours drive.
Golf
Champions Gate Golf Course is only 5 minutes away with two 18 hole courses.
Travel
Orlando international airport is 30 minutes away. Sanford airport is 50 minutes away.
Distances
Disney world is only 10 mins. Sea world is 25 mins. Universal Studios is 20 mins. Kennedy Space centre is 40 mins drive (Cape Canaveral). Busch Gardens 45 mins. International drive 20 mins. Posner Park 5 mins (new shopping centre).

Booking notes
£150 deposit required with all bookings. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to departure. A returnable security deposit of £150 is required by us at time of final payment and will be refunded within 10 days of the end of rental period subject to inspection by Management Company less any reductions to cover damage or repair. Please state at time of booking if pool heat is required.
