Camden, Maine is a New England Village in the heart of the mid-coast, on the Atlantic. Our home is right in the village. It is surrounded by rolling hills that offered many hiking possibilities within walking distance of the house. Picturesque Camden Harbor is moments from the front door. Wonderful restaurants and antiques stores are nestled along the bay. You can also walk to nearby Rockport along a pastoral path or drive 10 minutes south to find Rockland to visit the famous Farnsworth Museum featuring the Wyeth Family paintings. Drive ten minutes north and discover Belfast, another very unique village with delightful restaurants, theater and shopping. For the sailors, there is stunning sailing available, as well as kayaking and sun sailing on a beautiful nearby lake. Four hours north of Boston, Camden and the surrounding villages are a hide away, original in its 18th and 19th century architecture. Come to experience the beauty of an authentic American town!
