You’ll find these elegant surroundings hard to leave. However, there are more than 12 miles of deserted white beaches and sparkling blue water to enjoy. Boat hire is organized easily, along with fishing trips and other water-based activities. Rotonda is surrounded by state parks, with plenty of walking and cycle. Nature lovers can enjoy ospreys, herons, turtles, pelicans and alligators. For golfers, the villa in the sunshine offers free golf for 2 players at 4 great courses right on your doorstep. Disney and other theme parks in Orlando can be reached for the day.

Our pool deck is perfectly situated for a mix of warm sun and cool shade, with a large selection of quality furniture including a round table that easily sits 6 and gas BBQ. The private pool comes with solar heating, and electric heating can also be arranged where necessary.
Our pool and lawns are tended weekly.

10 minutes to beautiful old-fashioned charm of Boca Grande. 15 minutes to Englewood public beach (bookable BBQs).
20 minutes to Stump Pass State Park beach or Manasota Key State Park beach.
