Our lovely 3 bed condo in Cane Island, a new gated community a short walk from US-192, offers 1 en-suite bedroom with king bed, one optional en suite bedroom with Queen bed and a twin bedroom, spacious living room with sofabed, sliding doors leading to a balcony with table and chairs, fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry room and a storeroom for golf equipment. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and TV. Cot and highchair supplied. Cable TV and Internet connection included. The nearby clubhouse has a heated pool, covered Jacuzzi, sauna, games room with snooker table, large plasma screen, and fitness centre. Cane Island lies 3 miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World Resort - the biggest entertainment complex on earth.

At the clubhouse there is an outdoor heated swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and tables, covered jacuzzi, sauna, games room, kitchen, and a fitness centre with changing rooms and lockers. These facilities are only available to guests staying at Cane Island.
Coast/Beach
Lovely beaches lie approximately 1 hour drive from Kissimmee.
Golf
Numerous golf courses lie within half an hour's drive, including the 2 premier 18 hole championship golf courses of Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman.
Travel
Orlando International Airport and Sanford Airport are within an hours drive. However, to make the most of your holiday a rental car is recommended. Booking a car at the airport is easy and hassle free. Book before you leave and your car will be ready for collection upon arrival. There are two tolls when you leave the airport and these cost $1 each. Change is given at the booths.

Cane Island is in a prime location, conveniently placed just off the US-192, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Disneyworld is less than 10 minutes away and other nearby attractions include Disney's Hollywood Studios (previously MGM), Universal Studios, Wet 'N' Wild, Gatorland, The Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins - a truly wonderful experience for all the family, whatever age. You may also like to visit the Orlando Museum of Art or the Orlando Science Center. For a fun night out, how about trying the Pirates Adventure, Medieval Times, Arabian nights or have a wander round Old Town in Kissimmee. Excellent shopping and designer outlets are to be found at nearby International Drive - a must for all shopaholics.
Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking with payment in full if booking is made less than 8 weeks before departure. The final payment and a £200 security deposit will be required 8 weeks before departure.
