Our luxury Florida villa is located on Lake Wilson Preserve, a picturesque development of Mediterranean style homes. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of 12 homes, overlooking the lake and nature preserve and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a large heated pool and games room. It is about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes from Disney and just 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. This luxury villa is equipped to a high standard with every modern convenience you require for a fantastic holiday.

Changeover day
Arrival time is 4.00pm. Departure time is 10.00am. It may be possible to change these times if emailed before arrival.

Outside
Lovely screened, private pool which backs onto the lake and conservation area. The spacious patio has plenty of sun loungers and table and chairs. There is also pool toys and a volley ball net. There is also a barebeque for your use.
Coast/Beach
Daytona and Cocoa beach are about an hours drive east. These beaches are very good for surfing. On the West coast about an hour and a half away is the Gulf of Mexico where lies Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches. These are ideal family beaches.
Golf
Reunion resort just opposite has golf courses designed by Jack Nicholas, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. Also 5 mins away is Greg Normans Champions Gate Golf Complex.
Travel
Our villa is just 30 minutes from Orlando International airport.
Car hire (or use of car) is recommended.
Distances
Our villa is just 15 mins from Disney. 25 mins from Universal and Seaworld. 5 mins from Champions gate where you will find Publix supermarket, Chillis restaurant, McDonalds and other restaurants and shops. 2 mins from CVC chemist.
Further details
There are plenty of state parks near where you can picnic or fish.
Booking notes
We require 25% deposit to secure your booking. Please let us know if you require pool heating when booking. Remainder of payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday.
