Completed in January 2008, on an exclusive development 7 miles west of Disney on the 192. Casa Fantone is just under 3,000 sq.ft of accommodation with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (2 king size beds with en-suite and 2 twins with shared bathroom). 2 lounge and dining areas with an open-plan kitchen. 50" cable TV with DVD, PS2 in one lounge and TVs in all bedrooms. Wi-Fi access available throughout. CD/radio unit and iPod docking station. South facing 26' x 14' private screened swimming pool with patio area, overlooking conservation land. There is a pool alarm for child safety. In the integral garage is a pool/air hockey table and Foosball table. Casa Fantone is close to all the Orlando Parks, some amazing shopping and over 30 golf courses.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and US dollars and incl. 13% Fl tax and cleaning.
Rentals less than 7 days will incur a cleaning charge. Pool heating available at an additional charge of £70 a week. Extra charge for gas barbecue, enquire at time of booking. Prices for rentals over 15 days by negotiation.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day is a Saturday. Alternative days out of peak season will be considered. The villa is available from 4pm on day of arrival (earlier by arrangement). Property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure (later by arrangement).

| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, twin sinks with waste disposal unit, food mixer, filter coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned throughout. There is a pool alarm for child safety. A high chair is available at the villa and cots can be arranged on request. The villa is a non-smoking environment.

Property is built on two floors, with master suite located on ground level.
Outside
There is a 26' x 14' south facing, private screened swimming pool with heating available at extra cost if required. Gas barbecue available for hire upon request. Patio with table, four chairs and two sun loungers overlooking conservation area.
Coast/Beach
In under a one and a half hour drive you can be swimming off the Atlantic coast or exploring the Kennedy Space Centre. In under two hours you can be on the Gulf coast.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is a 30 minute drive. Sanford Airport is 60 minute drive. Tampa Airport is 75 minute drive. We would highly recommend the use of a hire car.
Distances
Restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. The villa is located one mile off the 192.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required on confirmation of booking. Final payment is required 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of $250 or £125 will be required - this is used as a bond and is refunded on return of the keys and confirmation of no excessive cleaning or damage.
