Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios and Sea World are only 90 minutes away and Madeira Beach and the areas close by, such as Johns Pass, Treasure Island, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, offer unlimited activities.

Prices are in US Dollars. Prices include tenancy registration and parking permit. Prices do not include $60 cleaning fee per stay, $25 condo admin charge and Florida taxes of 12%.

Accessibility
The condo is accessed by an outside staircase and not suitable for wheelchairs.
Motorbikes and vehicles over 19-feet in length cannot be parked immediately beside the condominiums - they can be parked just outside the complex, nearby the entrance guard post.
Outside
The complex has private boardwalk and boat docks, as well as two heated swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, billiard room and clubhouse.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 300 yards/5 minutes walk from the Madeira Beach Yacht Club.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses within easy reach of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club. The closest is approximately 10 minutes drive.
Travel
The closest international airport is Tampa. Approximately 25 minutes drive. A car is useful but not essential. Good public transport is available and the Suncoast Trolley has a regular schedule up and down the coast, linking all the beaches.
Distances
Madeira Beach is located on the Gulf Coast between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. It is a 90 minute drive to the theme parks of Orlando. Tampa and Busch Gardens are about 30 minutes drive. The Greek sponge diving town of Tarpen Springs is also about 30 minutes to the North. The Ringling Brothers Circus Museum at Sarasota is over the Bay Bridge to the South.
Further details
Local shops, including a supermarket, pharmacy and liquor store as well as a good choice of restaurants are within a few minutes walk of the condo. John's Pass, (with shops, restaurants, bars and water activities) is a few minutes drive, or a 40 minute walk along the beach.

About the owner
Joint owners are Gail Holden and Jan Davies who live in London and Chichester respectively. Both of us have lived in the USA earlier in our careers and love Florida with its beautiful beaches and great weather. We like the Madeira Beach Yacht Club because it is well looked after and very friendly as well as being in a good location for getting around, or just doing nothing.
