Notes on prices
All prices quoted are for the villa and not per person. All prices inclusive of all state and sales taxes. The prices quoted are per week (minimum rate period is one week), fully inclusive of water, electric, cable TV, air-conditioning, bedlinen, towels, and cleaning after the renter has checked out. Prices for extra days (on top of the minimum one week period) are quoted on request. Easter 2008 is defined as 15th March – 29th March, Thanksgiving is defined as 22nd November – 29th November.
Changeover day
We prefer the changeover day to be a Saturday but we are flexible. You may arrive at our villa any time after 4pm. You must vacate prior to 10pm. Late check outs are available, subject to availability with prior agreement by the owners.

It is professionally cleaned after the departure of each guest and linen and towels are also provided. We also employ a 24 hour management company, should you have a problem. When travelling with children of any age, we know how important it is to ensure that they are kept busy and entertained all day, every day. Here at Palm Villa we've tried to think of everything to provide you with the complete package of fun, entertainment and equipment for the whole family to enjoy. Our villa comes with the complimentary use of a removable fenced area around the pool for peace of mind whilst young children are playing. With further safety measures we have provided an audible alarm on the patio door so youngsters cannot slip out without adults being aware.

Our villa is wheelchair accessible, ideal for the disabled, infirm and elderly persons. To make your stay even more comforting we have provided a tempurpedic mattress guaranteed a comfortable night's sleep!
Wheelchair access in front and rear doors and into Games room. Widened interior doors on ground floor for wheelchair access. Roll-in shower on ground floor, grab bars in en-suite.
Folding shower chair. The whole ground floor is ceramic tiled for wheelchair manoeuvrability.
Outside
Overlooking the lake and conservation area, the villa boasts a 30ft x 40ft extended decking area and a wonderful covered lanai plus a 14ft x 30ft pool with 6ft round – raised spa with spa lights. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge. A 5ft outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill barbecue allows you to cook and dine in the outdoors, it also has an outdoor toilet and shower area which is excellent for the children when playing in the pool. Providing ample reclining and cushioned pool furniture for all the family making it an ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks with elegant tranquil views of the lake. The pool area also has a child friendly safety net for that added peace of mind. Pool heating is an optional extra at £90 per week including tax. Pool heating is recommended from 1 October – 31 March.
Coast/Beach
Watersong offers the best of all worlds being located less than 10 minutes drive from Interstate 4, making the gorgeous white sandy beaches just over an hours drive. Watersong happens to be right in the middle of Florida so if you go east on the 528, it will take you to Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island and the Kennedy Space Center. If you go west on I4 you will end up at Clearwater Beach (50 mins), Cocoa Beach (70 mins).
Golf
Central Florida, and in particular the Orlando area, has an excellent choice of golf courses open to the public. Renting our vacation villa at Watersong will give you access to more than 60 golf courses, all within a short drive. In fact the choice of golf courses in the area is probably only beaten by the amazing variety of family entertainment that Orlando has to offer the holiday maker.
The best golf course within 10 minutes drive from Watersong is the world famous Reunion Golf course at Champion’s Gate, where the Ladies PGA tournament is held every March/ April.
The latest addition is the Providence Golf course, situated only half a mile away.
When you add all year round sunshine to the variety of golf courses you will find Orlando hard to beat as a base for that perfect golfing holiday. Not only will you discover great golf courses but you will find the very best instructors and competitively priced golfing goods in the many golf outlets that populate the area.
Travel
Orlando International Airport and Orlando Sanford are both about 35-45 minutes easy drive away. Assuming that you are travelling westwards on Interstate-4, take exit 58 (CR532) eastwards. And go 3.5 miles to Hwy 17-92. You will pass a Railway crossing and immediately you will come to a T-junction. Turn right on Hwy 17-92 (south) and proceed 2.5 miles to the entrance on the left.
Distances
Disney World is just a couple of junctions away from the villa on Interstate 4, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a couple of junctions beyond Disney. With golf, restaurants, banks, and a whole host of shops only minutes away.
Disney World - 20 mins.
Kennedy Space Centre - 60 mins.
Universal Studios - 30 mins.
Fantasy of Flight - 30 mins.
Sea World - 25 mins.
Busch Gardens - 60 mins.
Golf Courses - 10 mins.
Booking notes
A deposit of £150 per week is required at time of booking. A security deposit of £250 is required with the final payment (10 weeks prior arrival). The deposit is held against the possibility of damage or unforeseen costs incurred by the renter. After the renter has checked out of the rental home, the property will be inspected for damage. If no damage is found and no additional costs have been incurred the security deposit will be returned in full approximately 21 days after checking out.
