Our privately owned villa is situated on a residential estate and is 18 miles from Orlando International airport and 46 miles from Sanford airport. Ideally located for all major attractions and restaurants. Mesh covered patio/pool area, lets the sun in and keeps insects out, with table, 4 chairs, and sunloungers. Electric pool heating is available, if required at £75/$140 p.wk. The villa is fully equipped with all linen and towels for up to 8 people.

Notes on accommodation
Chatham Park has a childrens play area, larger community pool with chairs, tables and sunbeds. Private lake which residents can walk round, security perimeter fence, and security guard. No pets please. No smoking inside the villa, and bbq's are restricted to outside the patio/pool area. Our friendly Management Company are on hand for any queries or help if needed. Their telephone number is within the property.
Accessibility
No steps or stairs. One level floor area.
Outside
Pool area has a larger than average lanai (cool deck, won't burn your feet). Plenty of room for sunbathing when your ready for a day off the 'parks, or ideal for relaxing outside after an eventful day, and a nice cool drink in the evening. The lovely south facing pool is 25ft x 13ft, varies in depth from 3ft-6ft, has steps down, and an underwater light for an evening dip. Electric pool heater at £75/$140 p.wk. Recommended months for heating October-March.
Coast/Beach
To the East Cocoa Beach and Melbourne Beach are approx 40 minutes drive. Daytona Beach is approx 1hr 15mins.
As is Kennedy Space Centre.
To the West Busch Gardens and Clearwater approx 1hr 30mins.
St. Augustine on the East Coast heading North is approx 2hr drive.
Golf
The Remington Golf Course is approximately 10 minutes drive.
Travel
From Chatham Park Orlando International airport is approx 25mins/18 miles. Sanford airport approx 45mins/46 miles.
A hire car is recommended, but taxis can be hired.

Other exciting places to visit include Seaworld, Universal Studios 1/2, Wet & Wild, Cypruss Gardens, Bok Tower is a tranquil and interesting location, St. Augustine and even longer trip to Miami Beach and The Keys are all within reach.
Evening entertainment includes, Disneys Boardwalk, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney. Why not treat yourself to a meal at the unique restaurant and resort of Gaylord Palms situated at the lower end of International Drive.
Walmart and Publix supermarkets are about 5 minutes drive from the villa and cater for all your needs. Plenty of restaurants on the 192 provide an eating extravaganza (you'll be spoilt for choice). Banks and Walk In Hospitals/Clinics are also on the 192, which is a five minute drive from our villa.
Booking notes
We require a £100/$200 non-returnable deposit to secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
A security deposit of £100/$200 is also required 8 weeks prior to your holiday, and this will be refunded after our Management Company confirm all is in order within the property after your departure.
