Hi,
This is Graham and Janet Harris. We holidayed on Florida’s Gulf Coast when our children were young and we always wanted to own a villa there.
The dream came true and now we’d like to share that holiday home from home with you.
Year purchased: 2003
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We were shown a beautiful plot of land in 2001 and were told how one day it would overlook a lovely lake with a golf course fairway running down its centre. Would we like to have a luxury villa built there?
The answer was yes, and the result is showcased on these web pages.
It’s in a lovely, secluded area and is unoverlooked.
We like the wide open spaces of Rotonda West and its proximity to some of the loveliest beaches on the coast.

Unique benefits of the property
We love relaxing by the villa’s larger-than-average pool and enjoying the peace and quiet.
The two master bedrooms open out on to the lanai, so it’s so tempting to take an early morning dip in the warm water, or just read a chapter or two of a book before deciding how to spend the day.
Do we visit the gorgeous beach, take a trip to the local state park, tee off for a game of golf or pull out the tennis rackets for a quick knock-up on the nearby courts? Then there are the bikes in the garage.
The shopping mall is just a short drive away and there are always great buys to be had.
Or maybe today’s the day to just sit around and rest.
Hmmm, wish we were staying longer!
