The busy 192 area with all its shops and restaurants is a short drive away, as is the I-4 giving access to all of Orlando. Private screened-in pool with no rear neighbours. Upgraded pool furniture with soft padded seating. New 42" wide-screen LCD flat panel TV in living room with over 100 channels and a PlayStation 2 console with a small selection of games. Boasting a games room with a 8ft pool table and a football table. It has been furnished to a very high standard.

| Bathrooms: | Master bathroom in bedroom 1 has two wash basins and make up area. A seperate shower room with toilet. En-suite bathrooms to bedrooms 2 and 3 with bath/shower over, wc. Bathroom next to bedroom 4 with bath/shower over,wc. Poolside shower and wc. |
| Kitchen: | Ice maker, fridge freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. |

The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival, additional cleans can be arranged locally with management company. All towels (including pool) and linen are provided. Extra blankets are provided if needed. |
Notes on accommodation
Villa is air-conditioned throughout and in addition has ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Lounge and covered lanai (patio). Smoke alarms in all rooms. Audible alarms on all doors and windows for added child safety.

Outside
The private south facing extended deck has been enlarged to give plenty of space for sunbathing. The L shaped pool incorporates a spa (jacuzzi) and is heated upon request. (Charged locally). Upgraded padded pool furniture. Shaded Lanai with table and chairs, lighting and ceiling fan. BBQ gas grill can be hired from our management company for use on the outside lawn.
Coast/Beach
Positioned in central Florida access to both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts is approximately an hours drive.
Golf
Highlands Park Reserve and Greg Norman's Champions Gate golf course are both within a 3 mile radius. Numerous other courses can be found in the area.
Travel
30 minute drive to Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is approximately 50 minutes away. Tampa Airport is about an hour away
Distances
6 miles to Disney World. 18 miles to Universal. 13 miles to Premium Outlet Mall. 20 miles to Florida Mall.
Further details
There are 2 Publix supermarkets within 2 to 3 miles both next to a selection of restaurants. There is a Walmart 5 miles away where you can buy anything! A 4 minute drive north on highway 27 will bring you to the 192 where there is a huge array of shops, restaurants and other attractions. The I-4 is 3 minutes away which will give easy access to all attractions.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday, together with a security deposit of £200.
